Please ask these questions next time you are near a Toyota representative to see if we can have the answers: No center console arm rest and or storage space yet? The excuse was that it was a manual transmission only car. What's the excuse this time? And when will they get rid of the dust and fingerprints collecting piano black interior parts? Did they already fixed the infotainment issues? What about the hidden tracking and information sending computer that sends information without your knowledge to Toyota, dealerships and insurance companies? When will the steering wheel can be telescoped and tilt further upwards and towards the driver? When will they use bigger brakes at the back? I find it abnormal and asymetrical that manufacturers pay too much attention to the front brakes when is always better to have a rear-bias braking balance for both hard cornering and extensive use. Is the trunk space enhanced? Why they don't give us the motor with at least 100 HP more and 105 more torque for a more rounded number of 400 and call it the 400 edition? (I call dibs if they really make this one)

Honestly smart decision! Manual is fun and all! But in today’s society and with the amount of bullsh*t you gotta deal with on the road! This automatic is built purposeful for performance compared to the Miata and BRz which were existing automatics just slapped on…. Look at the GR Yaris automatic! The automatic is impressive and the GR Corolla gets it! Finally a decent competitor to the MK IV Volkswagen Golf R, I just wish the interior was better 🤷🏼♀️
Riding shotgun with Verstappen at the wheel gets you around the track faster too. - There are plenty of real-world reasons to spec the automatic, so get what's best for you. But with this category of car, if your automatic beats your friend's manual GR around the track, you still lose in life.🥳😎🤪

My 4 tires had to be replaced with less than 10k miles. Front rotors warped, estimated bill $2.7k. Brakes don’t respond, at first, during pouring rain. Radio stops working intermittently. Too many issues for a new car. BTW, is it made in China?😂

Stealership markups should really be punished by car manufacturers by decreasing allocations or something cause it's freaking ridiculous. These cars are already too expensive to begin with even at MSRP + destination

@@ALMX5DP Toyota isn’t known for properly geared transmissions unlike say ZF or Honda or VW Audi Porsche Toyota transmissions are only good for daily driving but not for performance. The 8 speed especially is horribly geared.
