I have a problem, I have a big belly, short legs, high rise, and pear body shape. The problem is that when I wear a belt, my belly looks even bugger and I look more overweight and ugly. I look worse even when I put my shirt inside pants.😢 How can I solve this problem? Please 🙏 help is appreciated ❤

Just as a stroke of luck I discovered that a cropped jacket looks the best, so I have leaned into that little nugget, but other than that, I am clueless. I turn 60 in four weeks and would love to be able to feel good about myself (not to mention the big 40th anniversary this summer). Clearly I need you to come shopping with me! LOL

Loved your video’s ‘ & have subscribed. Please,please do a video on my problem. I am 5’2”, with a full tummy& love handles. My torso is so short that most underwear like you mentioned would literally cover up my bra. I am full chested & worst of all I have lipedema that affects my legs with terrible swelling. I must wear heavy support hose 24/7. My legs look like tree trunks. The hose go up to the knee & have heavy reinforced bands at the top to hold them up. People with circulatory problems also must wear these, so this ugliness affects more people than you might think. So short, fat, & really big legs, with really ugly hose, & very short torso. Can you help me look better?

A lot of the lines of these outfits come from the 1940s. One design that was popular during that decade was a draped effect at the waistline Simple draped effects on the frocks from one side with a drape falling on one side . It sounds like it goes against the idea of drawing attention away from the area where weight might be an issue . But I belong to a vintage scene and many of the women have found the right kind of frock for them with this drape style.
Black tights & pointed-toe shoes, this will elongate the legs & follow all the way to your toes, where leggings, break that line at the ankles so that's where the eye will stop, stick with the tights :)
My problem is, other than big belly on top and bottom, I have terrible shaped legs... No ankle or calve to speak of. What do I do to look elegant. I only look ok with wide leg pants and am also large breasted 😮
My issue is a belly that makes me look pregnant because that's where the fat decided to set up camp, & at 54, so post-menopause & tubal, ya, that ship has certainly sailed... lol.
