Thanks it's clean at low volumes. Plenty of great tone but to get the dirt you need to crank it and get those power tubes cookin'. It's basically a Tweed Deluxe with a bit of old school Marshall Bluesbreaker mixed in, more midrange. But the dirt is that saturated tweed breakup, more like Neil Young. Like a fuzz pedal. So I had a Dr. Z attenuator installed in the cabinet but it was still loud. I would recommend maybe a Rivera Rock Crusher if you wanted to get down to TV volume and still sound great.
