Gee, I think you just described my entire life with the description of ADHD. I dont sleep, have anxiety and I have dyslexia. I agree with the substance abuse because it quites my brain and allows me to slow down the chaotic thoughts.

My middle son has adhd from a young age,I noticed it around2 and half. He was much more active than my other 2,and he would get overwhelmed easily, trouble getting to sleep,he would toss and turn, and he would have issues focusing . It truly got better as he grew. I had to really change his diet,as some foods would trigger symptoms, especially chocolate or anything with caffeine for him. Hes 31 now,and hes active duty Navy,, 12 years now,and has a little boy who's 7,and hes doing very well. He does still have adhd ,but it has gotten much better with age,, also keeping active, fit, and a good diet. He tries to avoid things that will make it worse. He choose a profession that he enjoys, and that's really important. He does occasionally have some issues. He gets very anxious and overwhelmed in a busy store like Walmart. Loud noises, music playing, and alot of people,it will be too much for him. But hes learned to manage it well. Thank you for the video ,its great information 🤗🌸

Cool speculative bs video about how people with ADHD have smaller brains and yadda yadda yadda. Then you wrap it all up by essentially saying that everything you've just said is highly speculative and lacking the hard data to back it up. Unfollowing your channel so I can free up more bandwidth for the true crime channels that don't suck. 🤙

That’s not what I said at all. I said there some regions of the innermost portion of the brain that were a bit smaller. If you find that hard to believe, look it up yourself. The information is free to read from a plethora of sources.

Dude wtf she doesn’t say anything out of line here it’s not speculative this shit actually happens go and do some research all she said is not all people do this so you don’t start comparing your uncle to Ted Bundy like an ignorant ass hole the lack of research portion is the lack of proper deep dives in current research they just acknowledge the existence of the connection and development in adhd individuals but lack a lot of detail on how why and proper prevention aswell as the correct implications that can be made would need further investigation
