Does anyone else get mad at these ppl trashing their exes car, or setting their clothes on fire, making a billboard talking about using their money for the sign, etc. Not because they're doing it, but because they are doing something that could get them charged with destruction of property etc? So the vengeance and satisfaction you got from doing that to hurt them, ends up possibly costing you a lot also. Like... just be smarter people. If you are going to do something to your exes property (regardless of gender) don't leave blatant evidence.. yikes. Also, to cover my ass.. I am not recommending anyone destroy any property, etc.. of your exes lol.

Im a sad potato going through a relapse of my depression, but watching and listening to your videos helps me remember not everything is bad, at least I can watch your videos and feel a glimmer of joy through the tears and grey.

I know we don't know each other but I do care and I hope you can push through it even if it is small steps to start coming out of the gray. You are not alone! Depression plays tricks on you and makes you feel isolated. I know so many people who struggle with this. If I can suggest a few things? Picture yourself in a place that makes you happy. It doesnt have to be the same place each time either. Sometimes I picture I am cooking with friends or I am at a good friends house in our pj's with blankets and pillows, favorite snacks and we are going to watch scary movies ( we are grown women who are married with kids! 😄 lol) but I love those nights and my husband thinks it's funny so I dont care, its my happy place. I have pretended I was at Hogworts and I am a Ravenclaw! 🤣😎😺💪🧙♀️ Anyway, pick anyplace you want and start a conversation with whomever you want there. Remember this is your daydream, it can be whatever scenario you want. I have had Oprah, Ryan Reynolds, Ironman ( yes, in his suit) and you get the point. Start a conversation and talk to them about why your sad at that minute. Then have them say what you need to hear. Have them be supportive, have them list pros and cons to changing something that your afraid to change. Have them be the supportive friend to you as your are to others. Pretty soon you will realize that we ALL can lift each other up, we all have good days and bad days and most of all you realize that if we could we would make sure everyone knows they arent alone. I watch RUclips videos in between daily life stuff and they make me laugh, and connect me to other things. It makes me feel joy even if it comes and goes. I read your post and I heard your words and I wanted you to know someone cares. 🤗🙂💜👋
