Reminds me of that one A-Team episode. A guy was charging jewelry for his help. When they handed him necklaces and stuff, he swallowed it. Got greedy eyes when he saw BA but was still sane enough to not even touch his gold
The trick is quite simple in my opinion, Here's the breakthrough in case anyone is wondering how he did that.
So basically he starts with taking the ring down the throat and sticks in the windpipe, and when the drags the hanger in, the little mf frog attaches it to the hanger. He's quite a trained frog and that's why he's such quick. Nice one David but the trick was easy to understand.

David Blaine, one of the most humble and approachable celebrities I ever met, we said hello to him. me and my young son, in a theater in New York City as we went to see SpongeBob. My son recognized him. David took the time to stop and crouched down to my young son's height, so that he could be as tall as my young son. Then David started to have a one on one conversation with my son, shaking his hand, asking him questions about his name, how old he was, what he liked, etc...and asking him if he was going to see Sponged -Bob as well, my son responded yes, so David gave him his SpongeBob's movie tickets, telling my son to enjoy the movie etc...So David just gave us his movie tickets when he could have just said "hello". I know David performs amazing magic tricks but that was quite an amazing humility trick. A real cool classy guy. His success is so well deserved for many years of hard work perfecting his craft. Thanks David, cause for my son and I, you added an extra special note to our movie going afternoon that day.
Fun fact, he didn't have those tickets before talking to your son, he acquired them mid-conversation with his cosmic powers.

He has incredible slight of hand abilities. The ring was in his hand the whole time, or on his person. Yes I know he showed his hands front and back, but that's where his incredible talent comes into play. Notice his hand is on the hanger as he puts it down his throat, I believe he is somehow fastening the ring to the hanger. I know he has someone grab a random hanger, but what if that room had plastic hangers? The hangers are put there before the people walk in I believe. Magicians have props set up everywhere. I'm not trying to ruin the trick, only speculating on how I believe it was done lol. He is the most incredible magician I've ever seen!
Obviously it's very easy to conclude that he somehow untwisted the hangar, got the ring in and twisted it back, because there is no other way it can be done. The real magic is that the twisted section appears very neat and tight on some. The one in that Emma Stone group doesn't look like it's twisted back very neatly but the others are.
I also noticed that all the metal hangars are the same green color, likely a plant.

in 2:10 you can see him hiding the ring in his arms, while at the same time he is trying to insert in inside the hanger (just like a keychain). Everyone is focusing on the swallowing part, no one's looking at his arms. Now every celebrity has the same hanger, for some reason, which means his assistants planted them in their wardrobes which is easy to bend. As he swallows it completely, the celebs pull the hanger out and that's when he pulls down the ring through the hanger with the help of his teeth and releases the hanger when it's completely out. Genius trick

The last thing he did with the ring and with the frog wasn't a trick. It actually was a stunt where he actually regurgitated a frog (s) and actually swallowed the ring
Of course he did that. Stomach control and years of practice, that's everything.
He actually did swallow the hangar, but he didn't swallow the ring initially. Just some basic sleight of hand to make the ring disappear for a bit, he then palmed it when he got the hangar and put it on the hangar before swallowing the hangar. Really great presentation though, it's also amazing that he learned how to swallow swords and regurgitate objects just for his craft.
To those wondering, a Theory:
He never actually swallows the ring. It gets palmed off until he has the hanger (dropped down his shirt, up his sleeve, whatever's convenient).
All the hangers are provided by the production team, with them having already uncoiled and then loosely recoiled; you can see this in Beckham's wardrobe.
The hanger they pass him is the actual hanger he swallows. A real hanger, no gimmick, no switch. It's just that the coil at the top is loose, so it becomes similar to a giant key ring.
He subtly moves the ring in to the same hand as the hanger.
He starts to swallow the hanger. As he's swallowing, he slides the ring on the top of the hanger, and weaves it through the loose coil as he's swallowing the bottom end of it, just like a keyring. People will be looking at his mouth, not his hand.
The ring only enters his mouth right at the very last second, right before he lets go, he pushes the ring in to his mouth (attached to the hanger at this point). Then as they pull the hanger out, his lips force the ring to slide down to the bottom. Giving the illusion that it was always at the bottom of the hanger - in his stomach - the whole time.
And that's it.

Also, if a hangar is supplied by Blaine's team, that would mean that each of the hosts is likely cooperating to effectively prank the other people present. Not scandalous whatsoever, but noteworthy.

Well, my guess is it's sword swallowing combined with some sleight of hand. He doesn't swallow the ring, he steals it, and attaches it to the hanger before swallowing the hanger. Ring's hidden between his fingers when he pushes the thing down, then he holds it with his lips while dragging the hanger back, so it looks like the ring came from the bottom of his stomach.
And I'm pretty sure that gagging isn't real, it's a distraction that lets him put the ring into his mouth.

I agree that he puts it on the hanger before putting it in his mouth. But when a magician does the linking rings trick, there is a gap in one of the rings which allows him to link them together. So how does he manage to attach the ring to the hanger? There is no space to link the two together. I couldn’t do that even without an audience. Let alone try to get it on with an audience watching without them even knowing.
problem with this 'theory' is that the ring doesn't just 'go onto' the hanger. Pay attention to how the ring is ON the hanger. To get the ring off, the hanger must be CUT to remove the ring. It's an anomaly you can't even comprehend. IF I were to try and put a ring ON the hanger like that, I would have to un-twine the hanger...and then RETWINE the top of the hanger.

Watch it again - he lets everyone bend the thing and pull it out of his mouth, so the actual trick is happening during swallowing of the hanger. He somehow pushes the ring though the gap (it`s not welded together, after all, and it`s just thin aluminium. Aluminium bends, okay.) while gagging to distract everyone, at the end he puts the ring that is already attached to the hanger into his mouth. Doing complex manipulations fast and without being noticed is the essence of sleight of hand, you know. The cool thing is that you can only swallow this bendable hanger, and they are always twined like that. So it creates an illusion that the prop was selected randomly, while it actually wasn`t.

I remember back when he was just starting. All he did was card tricks, sleight of hand, optical illusions. Now he's actually manipulating his own body parts where we normally can't control. He swallowed a frog! He even swallowed water and kerosene. Then set a paper on fire by blowing the kerosene through fire then extinguished it with the same water he swallowed. David truly came a long way.
