I’ve been following you for a couple years now. It’s really cool seeing how you improve on every build! Keep up the great work man can’t wait to see more.
Love that the dude is doing this with basic tools that everyone can afford. I like grind hard too, but they've gotten huge and use a lot of stuff the average Joe isn't going to have around. Keep up the good work 🤘
Yo my dude. Sick build! I've cut a yzf450 in half and added 4 inches in the middle! Stuffed an R1 motor I there helped give everything plenty of room to fit Plus killer stance
You should redo the aluminum/steel mating points. Look at a Polaris razor or cam am maverick where the roll cage meets the chassis. It gives you the opportunity to completely beef up where they’ll bolt together, and super easy to remove. Literally either 4 or 8 bolts, depending on if you use one 14mm bolt or two 10mm bolts on each “ear”.
Keep up the good work Vasily 👍 I like what ur doing gotta get myself a welder and a garage out here in Germany 🤙 Garage is almost impossible to find out here
If I had the tools to do some of the stuff this guy does I could build anything, I’m 15 know pretty much everything there is to know about four wheeler or smaller engines some motorcycle engines.
Man, I wish you had seen my comment on the last video in this series. You could have just cut that billet flange into individual pieces for each port and angled them so your airbox or the carbs would have been lower in the frame, and saved you from cutting the frame, etc.... Also, that swinger came out badass!!
@VasilyBuilds yeah, but you are using a turbo, so not s huge deal breaker. If it was going to be huge airflow, then you'd have to worry about heat, but with low boost, the curves wouldn't affect it bad.
nice work man. I don't know where you are going to ride this thing, but most people dune them and run 23 to 25 in rear paddles. Also using a giant rear sprocket to get the gearing more in check. PBI will make custom steel sprockets, on my R1 banshee I had a 75 tooth rear sprocket.
@luckymarsh1276 not sure what brand but that fucker was fast! One of hos vids if iam not mistaken a year or two ago and has a polaris tripple he had given to him.
1.5" is PLENTY of size of intercooler under 300whp honestly, you dont need much as long as the turbos sized right...Hayabusas are easily tuned and SHOULD BE with a turbo on a dyno....also nobody uses single throttle bodies even at the 800+hp 1500+CC all out racebike range...there is ZERO reason to have a single like that as those ITB throttlebodies it has already flow better than a promod 102+mm throttle body
You give a lot of grass roots guys hope 🎉

You have no clue how long I’ve been waiting for this video
i love your builds man :D 2 inch intercooler piping will be fine for 300hp by the way.
yours too xD

u should make a overkill mini bike and see how fast u can make it
*300 HP!? We gotta see this thing in action.*
Its going to be one wild ride, good job
I'm glad you are willing to use your fabrication skills to build all these wonderful monstrosities. Keep it up 👍🏻
The fab work is on a whole diff level, insane dude 🔥
Thanks 🤟
Man when you get a shop it’s game over. You’ll definitely be pumping out some major projects!! Keep up the great work and content!!
This is a SICK build...
It's going to be a insanely fast quad. Knew of a guy at my local dunes who did a Hayabusa turbo into a yfz450 frame many years ago. Thing was insane
That is going to be beast. Can’t wait to see it fire up an run.
Wicked Swingarm!!! This bikes going to be on a whole new level!!!
This thing is gonna be wicked.. really enjoy your builds man.. keep'em comin!!
If you don’t put it on a dyno, and prove it makes 300 hp, then just say it makes 1000 😂
💯
The setup is common, so it's pretty safe to assume the power when others have dynoed similar setups.

Eventually all the aluminum will go!
Lots of metal shavings flying around near those inlets when you had the saw out 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
It’s a mock motor 🙂
Your fab skills are top notch, keep up the good work
I learn a lot with your videos thanks
Nice build crazy to think they’re like 45 hp standard
Frickin cool, excellent video as always.

Build is insane. Would love to see a raptor with a flat plane R1 engine.
She'll have one hell of a passing gear.
great stuff dude thanks.

There are no carbs. Angling would slow airflow= loss in hp

well is that for 330ft drags? i want top end too gearing is 16/38 how would that be
Fricken SICK!!
Should have maybe welded some straightening veins in the plenum helping to direct the airflow to each cylinder.
Actually it might not matter since it has 4 throttle bodies.
Each throttle body will have to be tuned differently no doubt.
Also the 90 elbow being rotated will favor 2 of the cylinders.
If the whole intake is pressurized from a turbo it wont make a difference.
This kid never disappoints
Try talking to the guys at fueltech they might be able to figure it out
Would be cool to see more of the builds finished doing the supposed things there good at lol
My blaster would smoke it, I'm just kidding, 300 HP, that quad will scare the shit of you
11:34 👍👍👍
So what was down inside of the intake boots when sawzalling the two upper frame tubes above them ??
It’s a mock motor 🙂
I didn't think you were going to have room to get that plenum in with silicone hoses, looks super tight
I think it would be a good idea to cover the engine inlets while you are sawing up the frame so you dont get shit in the motor.
Very Nice 👌
Stupid fast John's drag banshee against this on like a 400 ft asphalt. Yo let's goooo!!!
Awesome ❤
Wanna build me build my manifold and plenum for my drag bike ? Lookin good dude !

@@VasilyBuilds thank you, I appreciate it!
Raptabobusa...Raptor,Turbo, Hayabusa .
Bro really just wakes up and says”ima build a 200 mph quad with a turbo” like that’s what I wish I could do
Start from small builds. He's huiot his channel up from putting in the work and hours from modding go karts to lawn mowers lol
Old John deer lawn mower with a mt07 motor would be cool it have all the torque

It’s been a minute so,Hyabusa?
How do you know it makes 300hp?
Helluva title
All those shaving that went into the intercooler I did not see you cover the ports 🤔
nutty
I want to see it rip¡! 😩😂👍
🔥🙌🙏
been waiting on this one. let me pull up and build shit with you
Hey bro
get Jack Cecil to dyno it 👍
Yeet machine
How do I buy this❤❤
Getting anti-seize all over your fingers is the worst, can smell it for days
With the lag and gearing you are gonna want to put a 71 tooth sprocket on the back... cause of the power you want it to be 530 instead of 520 chain
This ain't for sand drags and paddles
No chance that's going to make 300 lol.
A turbo-buza can absolutely make 300+
