    Appreciate all the work you pun in your videos. I have an ACL tear and I'm unable to move much nowadays because of this and gaining weight because if inactivity, what exercises or what routine do you recommend?

    Side plank has helped my back pain, my back muscles were working over time because my core was so weak, thank you for this video.

    What helped me was initially building up my shoulder muscles somewhat using weight machines to help with the stress the shoulders take when first starting out in that position. Great disclaimer at the end of the video to not hold a position longer than what your body can comfortably handle. Especially when starting out.
