I started doing planks and push ups at the age of 13. I started at home. Now I can do 50 push ups and 6 min plank in one time. Keep it up guys.

I always do this form plank. Started with 1 mins before lockdown extended to 4 mins now. Hopefully target is 6 mins

That is not suggested.The maximum benefit one gets while doing a plank is 30 seconds.The other seconds or minutes ure doing does not give u extra benefit for the core.
