Suhasini ji maybe you haven't warm up properly or didn't perform any stretching before exercise 😊 Do these .. 1. Trunk rotation on floor 2. Scorpion twist 3. Chair twist These all exercises will help you to get loses your muscles with little bit of cracking sound
I started doing planks and push ups at the age of 13. I started at home. Now I can do 50 push ups and 6 min plank in one time. Keep it up guys.
