A hair sample cannot over rule a urine sample (as per Dr.Klintz in his research paper). However, it can be used to build a story for the defense team to try and prove there has been cross contamination.

They don’t. They use it all the time. But eventually get caught slippin.
When I was on probation people realized that with 1 week between drug tests they could pee early in the day. Do some cocaine smoke a blunt etc. then clean up by the next weeks test. It worked for many of them for a long time. But eventually they pushed their limits closer and closer until bam they got popped for dirty piss.
Then go straight to the excuse. “My room mate smoked near me”. It’s a similar mindset. When you really think about it.
Athletes don’t take Ostarine to enhance athletic performance. You would need over 3,000 times the amount of Ostarine in your body than Ryan had and over an extended period of time for it to even maybe begin to start helping you athletically. The fun thing about what I’m saying is that it’s actually a fact that can’t be debunked and not an opinion. I’ve been taking gear for years and if you want real enhancement come on over to the dark side if you don’t value your heart lol.
the ones that are considered to directly enhance athletic performance are high risk and is more likely to make the athlete test positive. an athlete would take a SARM for this very reason. getting the most they can while flying under the radar. also why they consume their substances in large amounts during the off-season and then microdose once they enter the testing pool in season. definitely not as simple as u guys making it out to be. i still think ryan didn’t do it knowingly, just be objective

Not all SARMS are created equal and no you are not more likely to test positive on steroids than you are on Ostarine because Ostarine can’t be masked by other hormones. Just ask Victor Conte AKA the godfather of steroids who works directly with Devin Haney because he helped athletes get away with steroids for many years. He never had any of his athletes take Ostarine. Ostarine doesn’t even have the ability to begin possibly helping you unless you’re taking at least 3mgs (3,000 times what Ryan had in his system) regularly over an extended period of time and studies have proven this so no you cannot microdose Ostarine this is a fact not an opinion.
Hair sample with no one notable present isn’t proof. He could’ve used anyone’s hair for that test. He also revealed the so called hair test on the same day VADA released the B sample test coincidentally. Y’all are the only goofy’s believing he’s innocent 😂😂

AS SOMEONE WHO HAS TAKEN OSTARINE 3 TIMES:
- It is a myth that supplements are running rampant with it. Even in low doses the side effects are very prominent. Doses as low as 3mg can suppress a healthy male's test production by 60-75%. It would be VERY NOTICEABLE that something is wrong if you were "accidentally taking it" and you'd certainly rush to the doctor.
- Common side effects include testicular pain, testicular atrophy, decreased sperm count, decreased sex drive (starts around week 3), depression, anxiety, mood changes, paranoia, infertility etc.
- most of the side effects are due to Ostarine being an exogoneous hormone, meaning it satisfies your Androgen Receptors which then send signals that tell your testes to no longer produce adequate amounts of testosterone. Testosterone levels usually decrease by around 60-75% but usually will bounce back 4-8 weeks after cessation.
- Ryan also looks like he took Ostarine. The dude is pretty jacked for 140. People don't typically gain muscle on a weight cut.. especially a boxing weight cut where it is not conducive to muscle growth. Bodybuilders on ALL the gear even lose muscle during show prep.
