Ostarine tanks your testosterone levels and for sure messes with your mental health. I have taken 3 ostarine cycles and 1 LGD cycles. The gains were not maintainable for me due to the depression, lethargy and anxiety that comes at the end of the cycle and after the cycle.

Ryan was tested weekly prior to the fight. He only popped the day before and after the fight. Osterine doesn’t work in one day. I’ve taken it a few times.

They put Ostarine in everything you buy online. Whether you're going to a supplement shop in person or buying it online, they are putting sarms in every little supplement.
19-Nor is more of a prohormone. Most supplement companies mix things like this in regardless.
Also Ostarine is more of a peptide. Like a growth hormone secretagogue.
Neither are really used by injection. Ostarine is selective and honestly doesn't work as well as steroids. Also to be clear, the second compound mentioned, can also pop up as a metabolite in your system after dosing DHEA, a form of dihydroandrosterone, which is a hormone secreted from the adrenal gland. DHEA is literally sold in the vitamin section of any grocery store, without an ID, and marketed in this as a vitamin itself.
This isn’t really an excuse. There are plenty of supplement companies who do banned substance testing on all of their product and advertise it as such. If an athlete is taking a supplement that has banned substances in it is 100% on the athlete. It’s so easily avoidable it’s stupid. Wether or not you can buy it over the counter also has nothing to do with wether or not it should be illegal either. Banned substances are banned for a reason

And if they knew garcia was on something the fight would’ve been canceled before it even happened. I remember how I commented on part 1 of the 40 Days documentary on how everybody loses with a draw. Safe to say that I did not expect that this would come to fruition, only it did not come with a draw. It came with Haney being embarrassed with the knockdowns and the referee saving his ass, to Ryan's antics before, during, and after the event, where he was making excuses for the positive PED test, and the bout possibly turning into a No Contest. What a fucking ride this fight was.

While it's certainly plausible these results will ultimately be determined to be caused by tainted supplements... the fact that Ryan was apparently (and very foolishly) taking unregulated OTC supps right before the fight... along with with the fact that Haney has a close relationship with Victor Conte (infamous for his major role in the BALCO scandal, plus other super shady steroid shit), who also happens to be very close to Margaret Goodman (the founder/president of VADA)... combined with the fact that Ryan made over $10 milly betting on himself to win... is certainly likely to turn this prevailing brush fire into a raging inferno regardless of any potential future exonerating announcements.

So far 2 fighters have come out stating they always let you know the results 2 to 3 days after not a week and a half.
