Right before competition tested positive strictly because the person actually stood their and watched them piss. Therefore, he didn't have to drain himself as much as Devin did on weigh-in day, so it was easier for Ryan to rehydrate his body for fight-night. I'm not saying that Ryan missing weight is the reason why the fight went the way it did, but it is clearly cheating.
