advice away from religion : try and adapt a new hobby, try for a new job this creates opportunity for change and meeting new friends. creating new bonds can make us feel comforted when no one else is around. take each day as it comes. make time for yourself (meditation, walks, hobbies).

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
