Мне уже 56 лет, половина жизни прожита. Сижу одна в темной кухне и думаю, чего я в жизни достигла? В 84-ом закончила школу, в 85 ПТУ, в 86 устроилась в судоходную компанию, в которой проработала больше 30 лет. В 88 вышла замуж, в 89 родила дочь, в 95 разошлась с мужем , замуж больше не вышла, в 2018 впервые стала бабушкой. В 2019 уволилась с работы, вышла на пенсию и переехала в курортный город. В 2020 второй раз стала бабушкой. Четвертый год не работаю, нянькаюсь с внуками, дочь решила, что если я не работаю, то обязана полностью свою жизнь посвятить её детям. Кстати, она уже тоже шестой год не работает. Я вот сегодня задумалась, разве о такой жизни я мечтала. Раньше я всю себя отдавала дочери, чтобы вырастить, выучить и помочь ей устроиться на работу. А теперь я обязана отдавать всю себя двум внукам. А моя личная жизнь как-то побоку? Моя вторая половина жизни, как и первая мне снова не принадлежит? Вот такие дела.

Boa noite! Certa vez a minha falecida mãe tinha um zumbido no ouvido. Ela estava muito incomodada com isso e eu disse que ela deveria procurar um médico. Ela foi até uma clínica e o médico examinou os ouvidos e viu que tinha algo. Ele lavou os ouvidos dela e descobriu que tinha um pedaço de algodão de Cotonete. Saiu um pedaço de algodão da cor verde de dentro do ouvido da minha mãe após a lavagem 🤮🤢. Depois desse dia ela nunca mais utilizou um Cotonete para limpar os ouvidos. O médico recomeçou ela limpar as orelhas com uma toalha após o banho. Ela sempre fazia isso após lavar os cabelos, e eu também faço isso.

This is how I relax. Even if I’m not going to bed, I’ll just lay down and listen to rain sounds to relax. It reminds me of when I was a kid when I would curl up with a book by the window while it rained outside.

I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. I read a few comments for the first time tonight and my heart was warmed within me. To those who come after me and read my comment, allow yourself to be encouraged by the words of others here. My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

One of my favourite things about the internet is this. Bunch of people probably deep in the evening/night putting on some relaxing background to help them sleep or just relax, and the comments are filled with love and compassion towards each other, all of us from different parts of the world living such different lives yet ultimately craving all the same things, wanting to be seen and heard and comforted. As tinnitus sufferers who have it night & day this could be an effective night time masker , one I will tap onto my selection of soft gentle songs like Nora Jones , Sade & other smooth soft singers all helping to get some sleep. It's not often it dominates my day hrs , as life is full of noise when you wake up & have the normal distractions . I'm slowly getting used to my annoying companion 😅

@@HealingCompass it's not just the great rain sound, it's the great rain visuals. Maybe you could do one at night in a city, with no voices but just intermittent sounds sometimes like a train or footsteps through a puddle or distant factory noises

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

耳鳴り持ちなのですが雨音がいい感じに耳鳴りの不快な音を紛らわせてくれます。本当に感謝です！！

アレってただ水入ってるだけなんじゃ？😅
Boa noite! Certa vez a minha falecida mãe tinha um zumbido no ouvido. Ela estava muito incomodada com isso e eu disse que ela deveria procurar um médico. Ela foi até uma clínica e o médico examinou os ouvidos e viu que tinha algo. Ele lavou os ouvidos dela e descobriu que tinha um pedaço de algodão de Cotonete. Saiu um pedaço de algodão da cor verde de dentro do ouvido da minha mãe após a lavagem 🤮🤢. Depois desse dia ela nunca mais utilizou um Cotonete para limpar os ouvidos. O médico recomeçou ela limpar as orelhas com uma toalha após o banho. Ela sempre fazia isso após lavar os cabelos, e eu também faço isso.

This is how I relax. Even if I’m not going to bed, I’ll just lay down and listen to rain sounds to relax. It reminds me of when I was a kid when I would curl up with a book by the window while it rained outside.

Bunch of people probably deep in the evening/night putting on some relaxing background to help them sleep or just relax, and the comments are filled with love and compassion towards each other, all of us from different parts of the world living such different lives yet ultimately craving all the same things, wanting to be seen and heard and comforted. As tinnitus sufferers who have it night & day this could be an effective night time masker , one I will tap onto my selection of soft gentle songs like Nora Jones , Sade & other smooth soft singers all helping to get some sleep.
It's not often it dominates my day hrs , as life is full of noise when you wake up & have the normal distractions .
I'm slowly getting used to my annoying companion 😅

@@HealingCompass it's not just the great rain sound, it's the great rain visuals. Maybe you could do one at night in a city, with no voices but just intermittent sounds sometimes like a train or footsteps through a puddle or distant factory noises

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.
