So glad you mentioned Erwin and 3 decades together. I saw her documentary. She said every interview was asking of Ike and she'd left him many years ago. She had been in this relationship and married to Erwin. Still questions of Ike. So sad.
I hated that every interview for the rest of her life after Ike, she still had to talk about him.

I (at 10 years old) first saw Tina on TV in the mid-1960s. Her voice and thrilling dance moves all over the stage captivated me instantly. I'm glad she ultimately found happiness in Bach.

I saw her step into the room and took the opportunity to have a dialog with her for a few minutes! I was amazed by her fantastic aura! She told me : « I am so happy » radiating immense love!
We people from Zurich are proud that she has chosen our region for the second part of her life and become a Swiss citizen!

I can remember paying $5 to go and hear Ike and Tina Turner and the Iketts. It was a dancing venue. I was so proud to be with my GF, dancing just a couple feet from the stage right in front of Tina. I just soaked up the experience like a sponge. Oh, this was back in 1968, thank you very much.
