This is the most memorable and iconic episode of Hot Ones in my opinion. It's the one I recommend most to people who haven't seen/heard of the show. Paul Rudd is just so cool and wholesome.
He is so genuinely interested in asking about Sean,. Paul seems like he would be the one guy in a million, to free the genie in Aladdin with his last wish.
He would be the only guy to free the genie with his first wish. "Oh, you aren't doing this voluntarily? Screw that, you're free now. Wanna go grab a beer?"
A bit underrated but being a core cast member of the highest grossing movie of all time in one of the biggest franchises of all time. He's at least getting a good amount of attention nowadays. I still think it's crazy that the supporting guy from Knocked up and 40 year old virgin now plays a Marvel super hero character.
I didn’t know much about Paul Rudd besides a few movies I enjoyed seeing. But this episode actually showed the beautiful, sincere, intelligent, cool, warm, genuine man he really is. I’m blown away, I’m going to start supporting all his movies from now on.
Right? The fact that he is a Hollywood Superstar, in Marvel movies and stuff and he just doesn't seem to care. He just makes you want to enjoy life like he seems to do. :-)
I love how genuine and kind Paul Rudd is. Not only did he just want to talk and not even boast about himself but he asked solid questions to get to know the host and I absolutely love that. He has always been one of my favorite celebs and this just solidifies that even more. ❤
This is literally the best episode in this show. This one feels like Paul really wants to have an interesting conversation with Sean and I APPRECIATE THAT
I bet he kind of knows deep down, but the secret to being humble is never taking anything for granted. I'm sure he knows that despite whatever talents he has, he is truly blessed and there are many *more* talented people that don't enjoy the success he has, so that keeps him humble beyond belief. It's really refreshing to see.
And not without reason, he is an awesome guy who doesn’t let the fame or the spotlight get in front of his personality. He just has this aura of authenticity
Rudd is such a cool cat. I have enjoyed him as artist since her started. Wish more in Hollywood were like him. Amazing human being. Great to see a famous person living life like the rest of us and humble about it. I wish him all the success Hollywood has to offer.
It’s 2024. I’m worried about money. I’m worried about my job… my relationship. My kids. But I come back to see how a beautiful man handles being uncomfortable with grace and a smile. Look at us, we made it
The fact that Paul enjoyed the interview and Evans so much that he did not want to defile it with promoting, selling his movie or show or whatever was PURE MAGIC i went and watched all of his stuff on netflix cause of it. Huge love and respect for bouth
honestly the best episode. Sean and Paul on equal footing here, each asking fun questions, when I tell people about this show, this is always the episode I tell them to start with
Midwesterner who stayed grounded. He went to the rival high school (well after me with Jason Sudeikis) and then went to KU public university. Nothing flashy…the genuine article. This was probably pre recorded like a week ago
@@dennydarkko he knew the release date though I would think
@@mathijsdebaene5189 he was asked about it directly lol what's he supposed to say? Next question?
Yall this is a joke..... my god lololol
This is one of those episodes that I wish lasted an hour. Just two guys, with good hearts chatting it up.
Paul after this became a meme: “hey look at us, who would’ve thought?, not me”
but Sean is the one who said "Who would've thought?" so basically it's Paul AND Sean
Can someone please tag the time for me of that scene
@@jayahonwadkar1207 ruclips.net/video/gWVHses2GCY/видео.html
That’s a good meme
Did we just become best friends? YUP!
And just like that, a friendship was born.
for real. i just witnessed two dudes have a genuine connection. that was great.
I learned a lot about life watching this video, oddly enough
I love that Paul asked Sean questions back
Great Guys , I love it.
After that, who wouldn't want to be friends with Paul Rudd? I've never felt like anyone had more potential for friendship with Sean than Paul!
Paul Rudd seems like a truly sincere, genuine dude. This was immensely enjoyable because it was less of an interview and more of a conversation between friends.
Best kind of interview, imo.
I gotta get it out of my system
And I'll admit paul rudd is the coolest and awesomely talented funny guy to hang out with
I would generically love to go to a bar and start having a conversation with him
It would be intense and thrilling
And oddly satisfying and be a truly amazing experience
100%
Paul Rudd is most definitely the homie
This is the most memorable and iconic episode of Hot Ones in my opinion. It's the one I recommend most to people who haven't seen/heard of the show. Paul Rudd is just so cool and wholesome.
He is so genuinely interested in asking about Sean,. Paul seems like he would be the one guy in a million, to free the genie in Aladdin with his last wish.
jamee3kids what a beautiful way to compliment someone lol
Wow dude. That's an amazing thought.
I still think it's crazy that the supporting guy from Knocked up and 40 year old virgin now plays a Marvel super hero character.
wow hahah
"Hey, look at us" lol Paul Rudd's smile heals.
What's the timestamp, though?🙏
@@pedrozajnr7475 25:08
Who woulda thought?
It perfectly captures someone who doesn't take for granted all the success that he's earned. He's grateful. It's awesome.
@@captainpetrson5812 not me lol
I don’t think Paul Rudd realizes he’s Paul Rudd, he’s so humble with amazing work.
I didn’t know much about Paul Rudd besides a few movies I enjoyed seeing. But this episode actually showed the beautiful, sincere, intelligent, cool, warm, genuine man he really is. I’m blown away, I’m going to start supporting all his movies from now on.
Paul Rudd makes me want to be a better person.
Right? The fact that he is a Hollywood Superstar, in Marvel movies and stuff and he just doesn't seem to care. He just makes you want to enjoy life like he seems to do. :-)
Cauliflower balls??? frickin libs...
And hover butts over peoples heads? :p
@@bradyshaw1487 imagine getting mad at what another person eats lmao

Let's turn them into the human centipede.
I love Paul, no homo.

That shit is so funny😂😂
Lol
Some explain why this line blew up lol
I love how genuine and kind Paul Rudd is. Not only did he just want to talk and not even boast about himself but he asked solid questions to get to know the host and I absolutely love that. He has always been one of my favorite celebs and this just solidifies that even more. ❤
This is literally the best episode in this show. This one feels like Paul really wants to have an interesting conversation with Sean and I APPRECIATE THAT
Paul Rudd is a golden retriever in human form.
Some of y’all aren’t asking the real questions: How have you trapped the moisture in your skin for this long Paul? How are you still 33 years old?
@@garconharts8801 HAHAHAHHAH He looks just like he did in friends
Agreed. I would marry Paul Rudd if I could only capture, drug and brainwash him into saying 'I do' in front of a judge.
Is this the longest episode as well? Wish they'd release extended cuts with covid.
I kinda feel like Paul doesn’t realize how much he is loved and appreciated. And how truly talented he is.
Being humble is a rare quality
I'm your 999th like.... I wish I was the 1000th
I really hope Sean and Paul become best friends after this
They did, and became one. He's called Sean Paul.
Watched so many hot ones episode and watching Paul Rudd say that it isnt a commercial and he has nothing going on really made me smile
love that he asked sean so many questions throughout the interview, shows his interest and makes him even more likeable
Hes just one of those guys that is hard to hate. Genuinely good dude.
Finally a guest who would do what I'd do.
Man this was the smoothest interview yet. They seem like old friends.
Emrys Wyllt ikr it looked like that the entire video
That half an hour flew by like it was just two minutes. Awesome chemistry between these guys.
And those butt photos?! 🤣
It's scary what a good dude Rudd is.
Rudd is such a cool cat. I have enjoyed him as artist since her started. Wish more in Hollywood were like him. Amazing human being. Great to see a famous person living life like the rest of us and humble about it. I wish him all the success Hollywood has to offer.
Everyone: eats the spicy wings
*gets stressed and teary*
Paul Rudd: *gets giggly*
Beautiful
He's a treasure)

Who would have thought?
He ain't eating wings tho
I love it 😂😂😂
I've seen this one a few times. I come back to it just because Paul Rudd puts a smile on my face.
Crazy talented, hilarious, humble, kind, and aging like a fine wine. We need more Paul Rudds in the world.
RayDay yes!!!
Touche!
Yes! I’ll sign the petition
I’m not going to lie, this was my favourite Hot Ones yet.
Ikr? I keep saying almost every episode.
That's no lie. Honest to God hands down my fav, overtaking Shia just a couple of weeks back. This was awesome.
Same here
Shia still wins for me!
why would you lie about that
Did Paul Rudd just become everyone's favorite person?
It would seem so..lol
I would say he retained his title as everyone's favorite person.
Yep! Do you want to do Karate in the basement?
This should already be a FACT
He’s always been, you just didn’t know it
It’s 2024. I’m worried about money. I’m worried about my job… my relationship. My kids. But I come back to see how a beautiful man handles being uncomfortable with grace and a smile. Look at us, we made it
Needed this today haha
It’s been a few months, how ya doing?
@@susanwright7682 doing good Susan just bought my first home! How about you?
The fact that Paul enjoyed the interview and Evans so much that he did not want to defile it with promoting, selling his movie or show or whatever was PURE MAGIC i went and watched all of his stuff on netflix cause of it. Huge love and respect for bouth
Same here man, I've heard so many nice things about Paul Rudd that I just want to watch the shows/films he's in
Another person to fell in love with Sean's style
I truly hope this interview was the start of their lifelong friendship.
I know hey. They seem like they are immediately friends.
Look at them. Who would’ve thought?
I was thinking the same thing all throughout this interview, lets hope they do.
I love that Sean is on board to do anything that the guest does! The dip on all the sauces was genius.
The low key panic in his eyes killed me thiugh
Paul Rudd genuinely seems like the nicest guy you’d ever meet
@100K SUBSCRIBERS WITHOUT ANY VIDEO CHALLENGE can't wait till you make 100k

Having met and spent time with him, you're not wrong. He's genuinely the nicest guy.
paul rudd wanting to asking sean questions was literally the cutest thing
I know, it's so humble.
Paul Rudd, is just precious!😘
@K W Why? Will it upset your fragile masculinity if he isnt a woman? How dare he joke on the internet
I love how Paul asked Sean questions. And not in a corny way, but just cause he was genuinely interested
ikr I bet he did some research of this show or watched some, he's just that nice
honestly the best episode. Sean and Paul on equal footing here, each asking fun questions, when I tell people about this show, this is always the episode I tell them to start with
As Ryan Reynolds once said about Paul Rudd “he’s probably the nicest human being ever”
that's like. high praise coming from Reynolds.
I can confirm
Midwesterner who stayed grounded. He went to the rival high school (well after me with Jason Sudeikis) and then went to KU public university. Nothing flashy…the genuine article. He deserves all his success and accolades. Great family man. Check out his interview with local KC media at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade. Just a great dude.
Makes me want to see Deadpool and ant man do a crossover.
@@esparzacartoons2050 I am doing a little magic dance to help this happen. There would be so many awkward moments. 😂
Paul Rudd just cemented his legacy on the Mount Rushmore of Hot Ones.
Is that a pun for the plutonium line?
Yes 100% he did.
I would say this is the most fulfilling interview ever.
Yup
You are god damn right. I wish I could forget this one, so I could watch it over and over again.
besides being one of the most wholesome people, I don't think he gets enough credit for being so BADASS! he absolutely destroyed here
He really seems like just the most delightful human being.
Sean or Paul?
Who? Sean or Paul?
Daniel Lopez both
Yes both Sean and Paul
Yes, Sean Paul
You know he’s a real good person and character when he goes to ask the interviewer meaningful questions
I just love how Paul literally killed the interview and turned it into a simple conversation between two guys. Answering questions but also taking an interest in the other guy as well. This whole segment was wholesome. Can't believe I hadn't seen it yet.
So glad I didn't skip this one! It's beyond wholesome!
They genuinely seem like best buds
No, he FIGURATIVELY killed the interview. I cannot wait until this constantly misused way, way overused fad word goes the way of "Not!" Probably just have to wait another fifteen years.
@@generalyellor8188 1- Your opinion about my use of words is just like Old Yeller, dead and irrelevant. 2- English is not my first language so why don't you take a hike and f*** your anger while you're there. I'm tired of the word underated being thrown around for no reason but I don't jump on people when they use it. Come on! Be better than that.
He wend like such a genuinely nice man
Paul Rudd killed it like no other in the history of HOT ONES.
