What's up guys, I am Pheonixmaster1 and welcome back for some Fire Emblem Three Houses Supports.
This video has All Yuri Support Conversations in Three Houses. Yuri is a character from Ashen Wolves which you can recruit in the main routes pre-time skip after playing Cindered Shadows. Yuri is an adoptive son of Count Rowe, he has been through a lot of rough times in his life and he now lives his life as the Lord of the Abyss.

Fire Emblem Three Houses Game Info:
War is coming to the continent of Fódlan. Here, order is maintained by the Church of Seiros, which hosts the prestigious Officer’s Academy within its headquarters. You are invited to teach one of its three mighty houses, each comprised of students brimming with personality and represented by a royal from one of three territories. As their professor, you must lead your students in their academic lives and in turn-based, tactical RPG battles wrought with strategic, new twists to overcome. Which house, and which path, will you choose?
The game features the refined gameplay the Fire Emblem franchise is known for. Command a party of warriors to move and fight on a grid-based battlefield and, for the first time in the series history, assign battalions of troops to support individual units in battle. As a professor, you are responsible for teaching your students and improving their skills in their academic lives and in battle. These may be school assignments, but the stakes are very real. Your students’ lives depend on your leadership. It’s up to you to guide each of them, so that they may wield a variety of weapons, master the study of magic, and acquire special skills such as horsemanship. But there’s more to being a professor than commanding armies. Freely roam Garreg Mach Monastery and the academy within it, while interacting with talented students to build relationships and gather intel. After meeting one enigmatic girl named Sothis…you’ll come to realize that she appears only within your mind. What other mysteries await?

I have nothing against Ingrid, but she's kinda just a duller Lucina (although Constance and Sylvain could be considered as Clair and Inigo copies, but Constance and Sylvain have some differences to their Valentia and Awakening counterparts), and her personality traits are few. Just imagine how cute a Yuri and Ashe support would be. Someone make me that, please

Yuri is that character who would have been awesome to have support with each of the 3 Lords.
With Dimitri, they both have that desire to help the less fortunate. But they go about it in completely different ways.
With Claude, Yuri is basically a better executed Claude. And watching Claude interact with Yuri would have been a nice lesson.
With Edelgard, the morally grey ruthless nature could have made them understandable allies.

I feel like this DLC mode wanted to do 2 things simultaneously: show the 3 Lords working together and introduce the new Ashen wolves. I feel like it doesn't successfully show them as a team in terms of overall interaction. I don't really feel like Dimitri had much to do at all; he felt like an afterthought. There were so many major players on this stage that they didn't really all combine well. Plus Claude and Edelgard don't exactly fit the story they were trying to tell either: the church is flawed in it's approach to abyss. But the answer wasn't 'down with the church' it was actually to show Yuri and Rhea both make valid points and end up cooperating to defeat a common enemy. Claude and Edelgard actually deter from this message at times.

@@maibignutt6434 THIS is disappointment. In the early dlc chapter, Yuri talks about how they'll get along so well. I mean he is not an official house leader, why not at least let him have a support with one of the house leaders?

It's kind of funny how I've mistaken him for a girl, but when his voice came up during my first playthrough of Ashen Wolves, I was surprised. But I do love Yuri, he would have to be my favorite.

But seriously, Claude is great, but they did him dirty. Claude flirts with Byleth regardless of gender and never gets an S support with M!Byleth. Yuri is similar, flirts with Byleth, and gets an S support with both genders.
Plus I feel like Yuri's tactics are more... effective? Claude has the title of "Master Tactician", but that title only holds true for when Byleth is not in the picture obviously, as Byleth easily foils his tactics and his tactics only work, when Byleth is supporting him story wise.
But enough about Claude. Yuri is a great character, I personally really loved his supports, personality, backstory, etc. Plus Alejandro Saab aka KaggyFilms, I've heard his voice work on RUclips for a certain MC RUclips series before he became Nintendo famous. I think it's amazing I can now hear his voice in this game~
Tbf, Claude himself doesn't like the Master Tactician title, and defers to Byleth for tactics. That being said, his plan to take the Great Bridge of Myrrdin, his idea of getting Holst and Nader to get along, and his holding the Alliance together for 5 years were pretty awesome.

Ikr I'm disappointed that Claude turns up to be a vanilla good guy. I mean he is good and all but the way they promoted him as a crafty schemer...he IS crafty, but not cunning enough as a "schemer with dark secrets". Yuri is everything Claude could've been.

I think he's more genuine than that. When he likes someone he puts his heart and soul into it. Like he wears his heart on his sleeve and people do open up to such individuals. He schemes for sure, but never with people whom he actually likes and respects.

Man, these supports are chalk full of little references to minor elements of other characters’ stories like Sylvain hitting on Gwendal’s daughter and the plague in Faerghus. Pretty neat!
Yuri and Ingrid's actual ending reads quite platonic; I mean I guess you can read it either way, but there's nothing that mentions marriage or love or a relationship, so it feels almost like she's being polite to him in her supports. That kinda fits, honestly. I could see their future of being close friends and he keeps trying to make a move and she keeps saying how flattered she is but never actually taking a step. It's kinda sweet in a way.
Yuri's support with Bernie is lowkey going to be controversial, but tbh i cant blame him, Yuri doesnt know what kind of person Bernie's dad truely is

The more I watch of Yuri support, the more I realize that this is what I wanted from Claude all along. He's got that hardcore nature that's based on a lifetime of hardships and suffering. He's willing to shift the odds in his favor even by unsavory means. And he's not afraid to make harsh threats because he would follow thru on them if necessary. Because he's had to do so in the past. He's very clever about the world and has reasons to dislike things. But he also knows that things are more than what they appear at face value. Yuri is a clever schemer but doesn't shove it in your face like Claude does; there's substance to Yuri and it shows. Plus his secrets aren't necessarily because he's annoyingly secretive, but simply because he simply doesn't know everything about his hidden secrets regarding his crest or family. Those are a mystery to him as well, and it's not just that he's distrustful.
Spoilers for Claude backstory:
But unlike Claude, Yuri wasn't born the future leader of the alliance or Almyra. He wasn't born with high status and has had to earn everything that he had. He's willing to trust the church if and when they prove themselves to him, unlike Claude who seems to oppose the church without really acknowledging that they can do things well at times too. Claude talks the talk a LOT but rarely ever walks the walk. He's all about ending racism but he is such a naive idealistic who doesn't really have solid plans, nor does he see why his dream is foolish in the sense that you can't eliminate every problem with society by opening borders and eliminating country autonomy. Have a single unified Fodlan isn't better than having 3 separate autonomous nations, but in his mind he doesn't see any problems which is naive.

Constance support with characters that she already knew beforehand (Ferdinand, Mercedes and Jeritza) are my favorite of the bunch overall. The established foundation makes those conversations great. Yuri / Balthus is probably my favorite support of the ashen wolves among each other. And Yuri is my favorite overall character added. He's everything that I wanted from Claude and didn't get, and now I'm satisfied to have a character like him now.

After seeing many supports of all 4 Ashen Wolves, I must say I do find each character to be very interesting and unique in their own way. I'm am very grateful you decided to upload all these supports Pheonixmaster, and I do hope IS continues to make good characters like 3 houses in future FE games. Personally, my favorite of the 4 would have to either be Constance or Hapi.

The bandit from Caspar's support is a member of a rival gang, not the one Yuri leads.
That one was from the rival gang that Yuri crashed down with MC's help.
I gotta say, I did not expect Yuri to be this great of a character. Every support with him is just a true delight. He honestly might be climbing among the ranks of my favorites in the franchise.

Funny that Yuri, the one who is the leader of a gang, and could be called the leader of the Ashen Wolves, doesn’t have any supports with any of the house leaders. Almost like an acknowledgment of him as a “sort of” house leader.

I do hope you will continue uploading supports for each character from 3 houses Pm1, these are very interesting to watch, especially for the supports I've missed playing through all 4 routes.

In my latest play through I can’t decide who to pair up this magnificent boi with (now that we can control paired endings) I love his Hapi, Ingrid & F!Byleth supports and I haven’t even seen the black eagles girls yet. Def my new favourite 3H character.

I noticed something, the Ashen Wolves will say something different in their S support.
In Crimson Flower, they mention the Empire. Constance said you unified Fodlan
In Azure Moon, they know you're the Archbishop, in Balthus' case, he mentioned Dimitri
And in Verdant Wind and Silver Snow, they know you'll rule Fodlan, in Bathus' case, he says something about the Church
That's really clever, and the best way to show the differences in dialouge

@@nonopenope it happens if u reached a certain point on ingrid's and sylvain's support, quite a nice easter egg that some supports changed cus of others. Another example is marriane mentioned sylvain in her support with ashe if she have reached B with him
