  • I've been wanting to record a class (or many) outdoors for quite some time now. But with a puppy, it's been hard to find the time to travel and record on a beautiful day. I just so happened to be in this park while on a back to back work calls. I thought why not take a few minutes to record while I was there. So, I did. I was so excited that I forgot to grab my mat, lol.
    In this class, we explore a hands-free flow with twisting balancing postures. My glutes were sore the next day so it was a great glute workout. You might want a strap or towel handy. And if you'd like to give yourself even more of a balance challenge, find your nearest narrow boardwalk and have fun!
