In this particular video we describe what I believe are the five worst value for money procedures you can buy in plastic surgery today. Many of these are mainstream and extremely popular and it may well come as a big surprise to a lot of you to understand how these procedures are often oversold and underdeliver.
There are some surgical procedures which we also discuss which I don't believe offer a great improvement for the amount of money time and risk invested in them.

Another good video adam ive been see you and you don't push any procedure on anymore your completely honest in what you think.. you made a good point if any one procedure is 100 effective then there wouldn't be variations of the same thing technically. I was considering thermage devices etc morpheus 8 around a year ago but decided against it for the very reasons you stated i dont think any device or threads can lift up tissues or skin in the way a face-lift does and its basically misleading people. I look forward to seeing you next year. I hope you make more videos.

Please could you do a video on scar treatments? I have had multiple laser and micro needling sessions, I have seen some results but am now considering subcision and would like to know if it is worth it. Thank you

no. I had botox a few times but not for a while. I just don't get round to it. I need my lower eyelids doing mind you.
I just come on here to read some of these comments. You look natural adam and in my opinion you don't need your lower eyes doing. I can see slight bags but this gives you character.@@adamgoodwinsurgery

Eyebrow lift being a problem makes sense..how do you think the results are with upper and lower bleph to refresh the eye area? Do you do those procedures? Also, lip lift vs lip filler- Ive heard the scar from lip lift will always be seen- is there something like laser or steroid injection to hide them?
lip lift scars are very well hidden in the vast majority of cases. some people however make poor scars.

Dr. Goodwin, your content is so valuable! Can you please tell us if the inner thighs are a good area for liposuction in a slim patient without other medical issues, or, as you said in a previous video, will leave a rather deflated looking leg?
its all about skill elasticity. if there is spring and low volume then it will work. for massive weight loss there is no spring so it won't. typically slim and athletic with small volume excess, it can work well.
They should not be allowed to use terms like PERMANENT hair removal for laser because it is NOT permanent whatsoever even on dark hair. Electrolysis is permanent only
there are many terms used that would not be fair or honest. I am trying with my channel to show what they might be.
@@adamgoodwinsurgery Yes, it's good you're telling people about these other topical/minor type treatments in these aesthetician type 'clinics'. It's just expensive temporary fixes.. God knows how they get away with 'permanent' especially with dodgy laser treatments
