I tried to browse your video list, perhaps I missed an already existing video, but if not, would you consider making a video about midface rejuvenation (the cheeklift through the lower eyelid that you mention in the beginning of this video) ? The risks with healing/eye functionality etc? It is such an interesting procedure, but not all surgeons are skilled in it.
Wow, this video has just made me realize why I love my husband so much. I met him at 19 with hooded eyes and thought they were sexy. At 67 I still do. It does not affect his vision at all. He has always exuded confidence and that is more attractive to me than anything else.
Hi Adam I've been see you before for consultation about necklift and facelift I'm still trying to put it off like you suggested. I still don't like the look of my marionette lines I can feel the heavieness of them hanging round my mouth I've read alot that facelift doesn't get rid of marionette lines that you'd need to pull to much to get rid of them to be honest when I lift my face it does help slightly but not completely. I have tried filler but it's done absolutely nothing. This lines really affect my confidence more so then the jowls the question I want ask is what prodecure do you perform to lift the corners of the mouth does a midface lift help . It's just like my face sags round my mouth Could you please suggest something that will definitely help please..
I am male 61 y o who found it tiring to fully open my eyes which probably due to heavy upper skin / eyelids. Often i could just 1/2 open my eyes. What treatment(s) you would recommend?

Almost certainly upper blepharoplasty. Common procedure, very reliable and safe.
How does buccal fat removal age in men? Thinking about it but worried it might look odd in 20 - 30 years or so
I don't think it does. although gaunt is not usually a youthful look. Buccal fat doesn't make you look 'old' early as some have mentioned.
