You know, I'm the appliance tech with over 10 years of experience. I needed to replace this part 3 days ago ( customer broke the inner glass lid). I spent 1.5 hours trying to take it apart... At the end I had to switch just the glass lid without replacing the base, because I couldn't take the upper washer apart. No idea what to do if some inner components will need to be replaced( suspension for examlpe).

Best advice... call a technician.. I've had to replace that part number once, and it took me for ever it was more difficult than replacing this tub
