I was 11 when I learned my mother was pregnant with my baby brother, I was very excited and nervous about being an older brother, then my brothers “dad” stole from us and left us while my mother was pregnant, this caused me to have trust and self confidence issues, along with having to set a good example, the responsibility, and being the older male figure in his life along with worrying about the “father”, it put a lot of pressure on me and I had to grow up faster then I would have to. I’m also a big brother figure for a lot of people in a discord server, I help a lot of them by being a willing listener if they want to just talk, but I never talk about my issues cause I feel like I should deal with them or ignore it entirely, I’m doing better now, but this song perfectly describes the weight and pressure of being the oldest and trying to carry everything. Of course! I love comments like these. I used to use Audacity, but I think Reaper is a better free program for audio recording and mixing. I'd suggest staying away from phone apps for audio, and especially the phone microphone, but if it's all you have there's no shame in starting out anywhere! And then I use Capcut (free phone app) to put lyrics on and some video effects. Also- it almost certainly won't sound good at first, but don't get discouraged, keep trying and singing you'll get to where you need to be! If you post your progress online it's a good way to watch your improvement and also motivates you to keep going ☺ best of luck and I wish you the best!
