  • Negotiating salary after you get a job offer is almost as hard as the interview itself. In this video you will learn tips, tricks and techniques to negotiate salary after job offer. It is hard finding a job and recruiters in India know that.
    If you don’t negotiate the right salary when joining a company, you are going to end up being very unhappy with the end result. The biggest gains in life comes from optimizing small things and a difficult discussion to negotiate the right salary during or after your interview process is one of them.
    So if you are wondering if it is right to negotiate your job offer? Is it possible? Is it workable? want to know how to negotiate your job offer nicely? Watch the video to get all the insights in this in-depth Hindi video.
    Your salary in this job is not just immediate cashflow, it also means that your future income will depend on how much you made now. Every recruiter looks at your previous salary before offering you something. So if you did not negotiate the right salary right now, the next HR you deal with will cap your income. You sure don’t want that. In this video you will learn some techniques to negotiate your job offer on the phone and even see how to do it on email (if at all).

      @StanleyKubrick Basically he is trying to say that there is nothing wrong in negotiation its a very common process. For recruiter as well as the candidate it's a mutual requirement they are also spending a lot on hiring process. Try to negotiate in a friendly manner with him like a friend since you both are going to be colleagues there is no need to be very harsh like a vendor no one likes that. Try to approach him with a friendly and positive attitude and say that you really want this to work.

    I went to interview for digital Marketing where as I was not 100% perfect in the job and I got selected because I said I'm ready to learn more... When salary issue came he said let's see your work for couple of days then decide and after couple of days he offered the salary what I was expecting without saying a Word... ☺️I am happy what they're offering but not satisfied 🤠

    Hello sir, I need your guidance in asking for Salary expectation. In india, it's a very clear trend that salary is decided by giving certain hike % to last drawn salary. Can one ask the salary based on market. Eg assuming for a HR recruiter with 5 years exp, the market salary is 5 LPA. One HR recruiter with 5 years exp + certifications is getting 2.5 LPA and is expecting 5 LPA which is 100% hike. Is this person overselling and will be rejected in hr screening?

    • @FocusLocus
      @FocusLocus  Год назад

      A lot of times salary for the same role + experience varies due to the size of the company you are applying too. A good benchmark when negotiating is to figure via Glassdoor or job postings how much that same company is paying others.
