I already messed up by talking on phone about my in hand salary 22K , I 100% fulfilled company expectation in POC work . Manager is very happy on my work and knows my skill set due to that POC work. Kindly remember this is Data Scientist job . Kindly guide me what should be my strategy now?
If I negotiate with same smile face and soft tone as you, they will give entire company to me 😂😂🥰. Thanks for the session

As an HR I feel he has explained very well
Deal with him like a friend, useful words.
Thanks for a nice video🙂
All the best Vamsi
@StanleyKubrick Basically he is trying to say that there is nothing wrong in negotiation its a very common process. For recruiter as well as the candidate it's a mutual requirement they are also spending a lot on hiring process. Try to negotiate in a friendly manner with him like a friend since you both are going to be colleagues there is no need to be very harsh like a vendor no one likes that. Try to approach him with a friendly and positive attitude and say that you really want this to work.
5:29 100% correct baat hai.
You are good at explaining stuff..calming personality ..
Thank you my friend. I strive to get better each day.
I went to interview for digital Marketing where as I was not 100% perfect in the job and I got selected because I said I'm ready to learn more... When salary issue came he said let's see your work for couple of days then decide and after couple of days he offered the salary what I was expecting without saying a Word... ☺️I am happy what they're offering but not satisfied 🤠
Haha, i think we can never be satisfied, but being happy is a choice. I wish you a good career. Do good work, grow and in the next appraisal cycle hopefully you will be somewhat more satisfied.
When you will buy your lexus working all your life in those companies as a servant do business and buy your lexus

I have been recently offered for a postion in accenture. They are providing 35% hike, but I believe its less as per my skills and experience. I am in dilemma too if I should join accenture, currently working in wipro (healthcare). As accenture is famous for poor job security.
Excellent video. Very good information. Currently I am following 99% what you said in my job offer negotiation. That indicates I am doing very well. Thanks for the video.
i am going to negotiate using his tips

Thank you for your insight regarding these topics. Very helpful.
Glad you like them!
What if we don't want to disclose our current CTC? Is there any policy or right which allows us to behold this information?
While I believe you should not disclose it, in most cases (even in senior hire cases) it is asked for and common to share it (in India).
Good job brother...please keep making such videos 👍

Which company??
Ohh bhai😂😂😂😂
Very useful insight. Thank you.🙏🏻👍🏻
Glad it was helpful!

Khup important suggestions Aahet 👍👍
Hi,
What should be our approach when a recruiter contacts you and asks for an expected CTC even before any job requirements/more details about the job role?
Thanks!
The recruiter has a hard filter on salary, you can try counter questioning on what's your salary slab for this role?
@@FocusLocus thanks for the quick reply but lets just say what if the recruiter/HR doesn't want to give it away, what should be our approach then?
Sir, I have accepted job offer from company A and I am serving notice period in my current company. If I am approached by other company HRs during this time then should I tell them about accepted offer of Company A before interview? Also if they ask to share Company A's offer letter then should I share it with them? Is it safe?
Your all vedios are very helpful sir thank you so much...🙏

Need your advice regarding multiple offers in hand. How to ask for counter offer to the first company
I had 5 rounds with company and told them 20% expectation. The company offered me less salary in compare to my current ctc.
Very nice concept and very well explained
Thanks a lot
As a IT recruiter I totally agree with you sir... Negotiations is really a challenging part with specially IT candidate they are just demanding 200-300 % hike from current ctc... I just don't understand from where this confidence comes with IT candidates...
Market condition. Unless base is very very low, 300% is unlikely
Recruiters are a tough nut to crack. Damn you
Because IT fields are in most demand
Hi sir...
I was offered 3 LPA by Infosys BPM and was compelled to accept or reject it on the same day. I previously have 2.8 LAP (I am currently not working).
I tried to negotiate, but they are not corporating with me. I accepted it, but I'm not satisfied. What should I do?(my joining is on next day of offer letter which is 11 August)
great video sir keep it up
Thanks ...very nice points
Could you please make a video on Personal Interview Round in IIM INDORE IPM Programme
Will try in future!
Thanks for tips...!!! 😊💐🙏
I have given interview and hr told me that your interview reviews are good in all respect.i have quoted as 7 lakhs as i have 2 yrs experience in the same filed in which company working. They said they give 45000 pm i told its low as per industry trend he told me its not final salary the director will decide the salary.
One of my fnd has recently joined in the same company same location he has experience of 3.5 yrs and package of 8 lakhs he is joined here in 7.2 lakhs but his field was different with that of the company.
How should u negotiate so that it seems good?
Also here is a bond of 1.5 yrs
Kar diya sir subscribe I am convinced,
Thanku for the information keep it up , sir screening perpose k liye recruiters interview se pehle hi salary expectations puchte hai unko kya answer dena chahiye?
Thoda tricky hai, you can always research and mention an amount along with saying that 'you are flexible to discuss this amount'. Or ask them what is their salary bracket.
Nice details.
Dhanyavaad sir ji 😇🙏🙏
Thankyou so much, Sir :)
Most welcome!
Thank u sir. I used to think hr will not support us
Always welcome
Very nicely explained.
Hey I think at senior level - VP and VP+
providing a range is helpful- This shows that I have done some homework that my valuation is between this range.

Can I renegotiate offer after acceptance?During acceptance i did not have any offer but now I have.. Although I really want to join the first company but if i don't renegotiate then I work at a lower package
Hi Angshuman, are you able negotiate salary in your first Offer company, if yes then how done that?
@@harishmahale7180 Yes i managed to negotiate my salary..showed the counter offer to the company I wanted to join and have agreed to match it..
Thank you so much sir,,,❤️
Great 👏🤝
Thanks ✌️
Very well explained 👍
Thank you 🙂
In the beginning , when HR called me before interview rounds , they asked me for a number in terms of salary that I want . In spur of moment I gave one number . While doing research later , I realised it is lesser amount . I have cleared some of the rounds .
I wanted to ask if in the HR round salary negotiations can I ask for another amount and how should I go about it?
During the offer stage politely and emphatically discuss your case with the HR. State your goal and do remember to reiterate why you want to work for this company.
Very nice vedio for prepare interview
Thanks for liking
It's good
Sir Ji vary nice
Hello sir, I need your guidance in asking for Salary expectation. In india, it's a very clear trend that salary is decided by giving certain hike % to last drawn salary. Can one ask the salary based on market. Eg assuming for a HR recruiter with 5 years exp, the market salary is 5 LPA. One HR recruiter with 5 years exp + certifications is getting 2.5 LPA and is expecting 5 LPA which is 100% hike. Is this person overselling and will be rejected in hr screening?
A lot of times salary for the same role + experience varies due to the size of the company you are applying too. A good benchmark when negotiating is to figure via Glassdoor or job postings how much that same company is paying others.
Love from Pakistan
Nicely explained
Thank you so much 🙂
Thank you sir 🙏
Most welcome
sir i want to know, how freshers negotiate there salary which is offer by company.
company jo offer kar rahi he usko man lena chahiye,ya phir negotiate karna chahiye...
Sir I have cleared all the rounds of my interview and the HR has asked me my current CTC and previous 3 month salary slip, she did not asked me about the expected CTC !
They may give u 30 percent hike.
Thanks sir🌹🚩
Welcome
Good knowledge sir
Thanks and welcome
Very wel experienced sir 🙏
Thanks a lot
Excellent sir
Many many thanks
Thanks sarfaraz!
:)
great sharing...
I am an employer, problem with new generation is that they want to know how much will be the salary even before appearing for interview....they get only one answer from me....you are rejected !
Great
This video is from the employer's side not from the worker side
Paise do jyada toh main aa jaaunga, every Indian ever :P
True 🤣🤣🤣
Hi I have an interview tomorrow, I have 4 yrs of experience and available for immediate joining. This job role is asking for a single task and my previous job I handled many responsibilities. How much % of hike I can ask without looking greedy. Because I know i'm capable and have a lot of multitasking experience.
Thanks boss 👌👌👍👍
