Even after contributing to the company, but the senior managers steel's the credit, thenhow to tackel it situation, bcoz i tried all ways to prove that im contributing in revenue generation but the boss ignores and showcase to company that all the credit goes to sales team and to hom only, but the operations team is ignored always, how to tackel this situation.

Your own boss is the one who can see how your performance has been and what you can bring to the table.
