My story. From earning absolute peanut salary of 2 dollar per hour in Infosys, I am now earning 80 dollars per hour by working directly for end client in USA. All these so called CEOs like Narayan Murthy treat talented Indians as cheap labor demanding 70 hours per week and suck all the commission in between from end client dollars. Be smart and quit India. Upskilling is not necessary most of the times. You are good enough. Ignore the bullshit of a toxic Indian manager during appraisals. It is their strategy to keep you fearful and not question the status quo. Have lot of friends from Andhra who can guide you on migration process. Also please concentrate on heath and avoid getting pot bellies. No amount of money can save you if you get chronic diseases.

Just this summer I made the shift from US back to India (Bangalore) - getting out of my comfort zone and leveraging my skills in the high PE industry of electric vehicles (experience at Tesla).
I’m looking forward to experiencing the work/life culture here, add value in the space, hopefully create wealth, and also follow my passions.

Even though it didn't work out and I had to join a job afterwards, it taught me what not to do in my future endeavours. I could get the learning only because I had the runway.
