The drummer is a real drum machine man!
He takes over the scene.
Same for the bassist! They're all great!
He's just beast'n on those drums. I bought this on DVD way back when this came out and he's just insane.
Brannen temple is a fine drummer, very nice dude too!

Roscoe Beck
One of the world best guitar players !
Technically, yes. He's just not the type of G3 material people were hoping for.
@@martyphoto2009 what were they hoping for? Shredding nonsense?
@@martyphoto2009 I think 1989-1991 Eric would’ve fitted in a lot more with the crowd at G3. He’s become less rocky over the years, but his early live performances were pretty harsh. Harsh in a good way I mean. Some of the early trail of tears performances in the late 80’s was some of the best rock guitar playing I’ve ever heard.
@@PROGROCKBOOTLEGSMan U killed tht rite, he was more intense than…I’m older, he’s older and I love all his tunes, he gives me so much more passion than a petrucci, malmsteen ( I love them too 😂)..I love guitar 🎸 I play and love this future world we inhabit where a kid can grab a awesome $200 ($1000 to my childhood quality) and internet instead of cassettes 😅 I had a great family who didn’t mind the terrible solo rehearsals for years😂…bless the music and soul of this ever greater knowledgeable threw the terrible times world but a marching on in my life thanks to jams like these forever that never end or get old to me😊 let er rip boys girls whoever u wanna be
@@martyphoto2009G3 was supposed to be a compilation of virtuosic playing, he fits in for sure, he also offered variety when compared to steve vai and joe satriani which have similar playing nuances
"12 To 12 Vibe" - Killer version!
Uhh,Intro Song....This album(project-G3) came out a year after Venus Isle, and I cant beleive that 25 years disappeared in some kind of blue dream..One thing has not change,my dedication to listening and studying the musical mistique which Eric produced, and unreal knitting on his old Fender Stratocaster....Endless gratitude for this amazing man.
Greetings to all the people who truly understand this music, and for all the beautiful comments.
Brannen Temple's beat is great!
It's so hard to make a distorted strat sound this clean. You can't even know until you've been trying for a couple decades.
Also the LOUDEST, prettiest clean you ever heard, back in those days! There were guitar gods all over, but they sounded a lot muddier in concert. Not EJ!
12 to 12 vibe
The best controlled fuzz in the universe
Who push dislike? This is pure gold. Mr. Johnson is another guitar god.
What dislike? I no see any
(😅)
Majestic, Humble and Incredible
The best G3 lineup.
Awesome guitarist. The best ...
Killer tone
Le batteur BRANNEN TEMPLE est super, j'ai cherché longtemps qui c'était..!!!!
12 to 12 Vibe
phenomenal !! three tumbs !!!
12 to 12 Vibe from the album "Bloom". Actually, the "bloom" was released 8 years after the G3 live.
finally I got it. Thanks a lot :D
He looks so young!!!
I think hes about 43 yrs old here. Clean living and clean guitar tones are the secret to eternal youth.
Credo che suoanre così un pezzo così,,, capiti una sola volta nella vita!
Wow, great
Best song ever
Esse batera é um monstro! O baixista tb
..o Erick MT FODA.
You can keep going back to is at any point to remind yourself how shit hot he is and the band is fire
How could the drummers and Eric's hair style exist at the same moment in time? Both are amazing but they look at least 3 decades apart.
Someone must have edited this ;)
🕺🕺👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💎💎❤
One and only specialist…
Fuckin love this
Please, upload the other 2 G3 DVDs!!! (:
What's with the weird arabic sort of tune in the beginning. Anyways, it's a long time coming. Reminds me of my childhood VHS and stuff. What a great musician and fine playing...
Arabic ? Check your music knowledge again !
There's difference of song list between video cd and audio cd version, on audio only version there is Zap, Manhattan and Camel's Night Out (maybe it's the arabic tune you listened)
Joder como suena esa bateria al estilo Copeland.......
Hanounaaz
Why can't I find zap live 1996?
It’s not ‘Intro Song’, it’s called ‘12 to 12 Vibe’
Does anyone know the name of the drummer who played this track with Eric Johnson?
Brannen Temple
@@MusicFromMoscow thank you!

what's is the drummer?
Brannen Temple...
@@franciscojavier980 Merci beaucoup !!!!! thanks!!!
I'm not a fan of Brannen Temple on a personal level - I knew him a bit back in my Austin daze - but no doubt the dude can bring it behind the drum kit. His playing was always pushing right on top of the beat and exciting, but he never rushes his fills so the time is solid
@@user-cg7dg7uv8fwhat happened? Did he touch your pipi?
@@landajimmy - Some people are just assholes, like you, and some really big ones, like Temple. The only people who liked the guy were little fanboys
I didn’t know that weeknd can play drums 😂
Jajajajajja
Jajajajaja jajajaja ley
he can play on weekdays too!
Brennon Temple is a good fit for EJ, he plays like Tommy Taylor with a jazz flair.
Eric johnson and johnson shampoo
Great song, but the title is a bit uninspired.

I...hi. .i think that Satriani and vai should be under shock
