Due to my work, I have traveled different parts of the Indian subcontinent and tried biryanies from Peshwar to Delhi, from Hyderabad to Dhaka but for me, Dhaka has the best biryani ever. They use some kind of secret Masala and aromatic rice which is unique. Nobody and nobody can beat Dhaka biryani. Especially Dhaka kacchi is my all time favorite. ❤ from Minnesota.
I know every biryani is special and unique but If it looks like that we would call it Pulao in Karachi. Our biryani is supposed to be really spicy and colourful.

I am a Bangladeshi who loves Iranian food, my favourites are abgoosht, mirza gasemi, kale pache, jujeh kaba, shirin polo, and baghali polo ba mohicheh, and for dessert akbar mashti and sohan. I often make jujeh kabab. You should try Chicken reshmi kabab, both Bangladesh and India make this. It's made with chicken breast cut into cubes, marinated with thick yogurt, lime juice, cubeb powder(Kababa in Persian), nutmeg powder (very small pinch), cardamom powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, white pepper powder, cilantro paste, mint paste, green chili paste (upto heat level you can eat) and salt. All the spices in moderation, as it is not very overpowering in flavour.

I pay attention to the streets, struggling to find a piece of trash, besides for being frugal these folk are very clean. Noticed this too in other videos of Bangladesh, despite their limited economics these folk make an effort to keep clean. Bravo Bangladesh!!!!

I pay attention to the streets, struggling to find a piece of trash, besides for being frugal these folk are very clean. Noticed this too in other videos of Bangladesh, despite their limited economics these folk make an effort to keep clean. Bravo Bangladesh!!!!

Yes , it's because there are a lot of shops and restaurants , and it's in our culture to clean the area in front of your shop in the morning before starting business and old Dhaka folks are the most respectful of that culture.
Because of being muslim most of the people pray 5 times a day, that is why they have to be clean all the time.
