As long as you have seat belts it shouldn't matter what the passenger is sitting in/on. Guys have racing seats in cars that aren't DOT approved and are "legal"...at least here in CA
Yeah that’s a good point; I hadn’t thought of that. Ohio doesn’t do vehicle inspections either. I just don’t wanna get anyone hurt
