This is an grand lifesaver! I didn't know I could do all that with editing colors for base layering, masking, clip masking and finally I know how to put in (register) another brush to change the entire lineart with ease! This is very valuable information, thank you so much for teaching this!😭😭😭
Very nice, easy to understand. I never could draw with vector single stroke lines, so for now i will stick on the raster line art (maybe one day i will learn single stroke vector) and using her coloring methods as shown on this video. Can't wait for the third part :D
I was going to ask because even when doing line art, I sketch on my sketch basically leaving my lines choppy. Is there a way to quickly clean this up without erasing? Maybe like a tool for auto correcting the lines
@@Sturmgechu you'd have to practice doing longer, smoother lines to avoid having your lineart looking choppy. use your arm instead of your wrist when lining, it's a lot easier that way and you come out with better results :3

One of the most common things from all of the people I've watched is they're mostly using 10px/1.00mm or more for their brush size. Tried it and maintaining a thin brush with that brush size but what they do is pretty hard. I tried to play with the pen pressure settings but I still can't get it right. My sketches looks almost the same level as a pro but when I do lineart it looks like it was made by a kid using pen tool in photoshop. I use 2-3px/0.2,0.3mm as my brush size for G-pen.
omg, I've always avoided using vector layers because you can't use the paint bucket tool and I didn't wanted to ink twice. But now I know that I was missing the reference layer. all those hours, gee.
nice video, found it recommended. I like art. I am drawing a little, but not so much that proper tool would pay off, so I use my mouse and gimp, but I know clip studio paint is a great tool. if you are used to a tool you like.
What is the name of the pen your using. I downloaded some pens, but none of them are what I want when drawing. Your pen looks exactly perfect to the type I want.
Ive been underestimating the usefulness of vector lineart bec I didn't liked how super crispy my line looks 🤣 but i didnt know u can change THE BRUSH FOR IT?!
Trying this out I don't see the rough pencil in my list in the brush shape drop menu in Operation. In fact my list of brush shapes there is much shorter. Is there some way to apply more?

I have no idea why the Masking Tool still confuses me. I have Paint Tool Sai and CSP and I've never used it like once ever. I think for the longest time it just confused me but like once I got the idea of what it does I already was use to just erasing, and using the select tool

professional artists always make it look so easy lol
THANK YOU. This is the first video that has shown me why I should switch from raster layers to vector layers. BRAVO!
I learn a lot with these videos, thanks CSP and Inma for doing them!! I'm practicing while I'm re-watching them and they are VERY helpful!
I already use vector layers, but there's always something more to learn. Thanks so much for this!
This is a pretty nice tutorial, gonna try using vector layer for my next drawing and downloading that bucket tool now XD

@@MinexDose i know but making a continuous straight clean line is what i would lke to know how to do. shaky hands
Thank you for this. I've been trying to get used to vector layers so this is a nice help to keep track of all the tools.

What pen did you use for Lineart?
She used G-pen at first and changed it with the operation tool to rough pen and increased the size.

By default, there are only a few brushes in the shape brush menu.
Can you caption this video, please?
