I have a couple of neighbors that are selling their homes in California, and one is moving to Cabo San Lucas and the other to GDL= Guadalajara, Mexico. I have a co-worker who retired and moved to GDL. I went to visit him back in the fall. GDL is so Beautiful. The homes are absolutely beautiful and modern. I give my props to the building designers and pool designers. The weather is like Los Angeles, California and so much Greenery. I loved it. It has grown so much since the last time I had been there in 1980 when I was 20 years old. I went with a couple of Buddies of mine which are no longer living. Miss them so much! Now I am 67, Boy how time fly's.

To the narrator, accents in Spanish indicate the syllable stressed. In Spanish, the default stress is the second to last syllable. An accent indicates when another syllable should be stressed. With the name Cristobal, since there is no accent indicating otherwise, the stress falls on the “to” pronounced “toe” , as the second to last syllable.

Have you factored-in the strong Pesos exchange rate? as of today, it’s new high 1USD:16.7MX$,
when you’re showing those numbers in US Dollars, look more like for 2 years ago, when 1USD was able to get 20 Pesos, but nowadays, expenses in Mexico pesos to US Dollar has increased at least 30% comparing last year
