ABOUT US:
We’re traveling full time, living on our own terms and showing you the up-close-and-personal details of us figuring it out along the way. Sometimes it’s about navigating big, life-altering decisions. Sometimes it’s about navigating the seemingly lawless free-for-all that is driving in Hanoi. It’s moments of triumph and moments of panic. The good, the bad, the ugly - and most importantly, the real and real funny.
We’re not here to tell you “how it’s done.” Just how we’ve done it. And that whatever it is that’s calling you - the way you’ll do it is much more attainable than it may seem. We believe the world’s a more interesting place when people reject convention in favor of what they actually care about. This is us putting that idea to the test - one budget spreadsheet, RV renovation and mountain-peak drone video at a time.
when you get to step in Mexico you just feel the freedom... here in the states we have regulated ourselves to slavery ITS ALL ABOUT WHO OWNS THE NEWEST FLASHY CAR AND THE BIGGEST HOUSE ETC... IM GETTING READY TO DO MEXICO 100% LIVE IN MORE FREEDOM!
You would be surprised just how many people from other countries Live there Now
I love your mexico city tour with leila.. mexico is truly the artist country. God bless you both.
Łooks so pretty
I feel free in the US coming from Europe, can only imagine Mexico 😂
So true!
I LOVE MEXICO!!! .....SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN JUST ONE COUNTRY

That's why the world call Mexico 🇲🇽 lindo y el mas querido❤
@@ricardovargas5362 como México, no hay dos 🤗🤗🙏🙏
México is a world by itself. I glad you guys love our country
With all the changes in Mexican Immigration, now mexico will be ruined forever. they will ruin it for everyone as the money requirements keep going higher and higher, who has 25 thousand in the bank? Or can bring 4300 a month to mexico ? I have relatives in Sonora, now I wont be able to see them ? Why are they doing this, to maybe somehow ROB the Foreign people who come to Vacation or Retire there ? Now you have to hire a Mexican specialist to get you through all the paperwork, and that costs $200.00, that is the same price I had to pay a guy from Immigrations to get me a Residency card with out going through all of the Bull shit. What the fuck is going on ?
I go three three times a year and love gentle/humble mexican people
Are gentle and welcoming to Hispanics in your country too? Hope so!
@@cw8317 Those that come here are breaking laws and many are involved in criminal activities so you thunk! Those who seek employment and live quiet productive lies are left alone to do their thing of whom many I know personally, one being my lawncare person and I pay him good cash.
@CW, you're an idiot. You probably don't have a passport.

This is by far the longest video I've ever watched on RUclips, and I can tell you I wasn't bored for one second. Great job guys!
Wow! Didn’t realize how long this video is until I read this comment.....this just as long as the titanic movie, better be good.......will watch this later, got to good to work.
Completely agree 💯
Thanks to the girl, she's a great character, not really sure about the guy.
I live in Mexico City and have been to Sayulita! I'm from Louisiana and love Mexico!!! San Pancho is really nice too.... Zipolite and Mazunte... Anywho, I am very surprised I watched the whole video.. great job keeping my attention... keep up the great vlog! Salud!
I love Mexico and the beautiful people! My favorite place is Puerto Vallarta it is absolutely beautiful the people the scenery the bath water warm ocean! I love it and hope to make it a home as some point.
😍
Bienvenida, best wishes.
Hope as a white person you are welcoming Hispanics in USA 🇺🇸 as well. They treat us Hispanics like shit here!!
Critic 101 I hope so since so many are part of my family ❤️
Michelle Homan Sooner than later I hope 👎😎
Hello, Tim and Fin... Mexican here...
Really liked your video. I was initially put off by the length, but it´s quality stuff. Thanks for painting a positive picture of Mexico.
Typically our vids are around 10-15 minutes. We then compile an entire area and create a longer video from the shorter episodes.
Holy moly, I didn't realize. Haha
Just speed up the playback to 1.5.🙄
@@Mmmmkaaay I wouldn’t. Even the two or three second cuts are precious to me. These, for example, give geographical references to where they are at like Sayulita. These help me follow where they are even though they don’t say it. ❤
I’am Mexican and you speak Spanish better then I do ! Bravo to you. 👏👏👏👏👏🇲🇽
OH MY GOD!!! You gave me Goosebumps with Mexico City!!!
I've never seen one of your videos before, but I like you already: great looking couple, didn't give your dog away because you wanted to travel the world, and ignored people's rude comments about places being 'dangerous'.
Such a beautiful film, great presentation about the story in Mexico city, it is very interesting. So nice views from there, Thanks for sharing dear. All the best ♥
Your segment on Mexico City is outrageous. Over the top well done. Love the scenery and music. You should send this to the Tourist Bureau. That good.
Transparent authenticity makes your channel exceptionally relatable. I really wished there were more vloggers that did the same, because without the human and community cultural aspects it portrays as a glossy postcard like experience which is unrealistic. I'm excited to have this reference for my 1st Mexico journey!

The grad student wasn't scammy. Mexicans are really proud of their history and he just wanted to show it off for you. A friend of mine had a similar experience.
*I subscribed because both of them are nice. Another reason is that she speaks Spanish without an accent.*
You deserve way over 100k subscribers! you do an excellent job of videoing your adventures. I just retired in Nov and to see what you have done in just these few months that you are covering here makes me envious. And I love mexico so this with super super helpful in showing me whats out there not the fake news we have here in the US. Cant wait for more reports
and I am from a subburb of milwaukee so our crime rate is right up there with chicago.
Congratulations on your retirement Chris! And I love you last name- my maiden name is Finney which is where “Fin” came from ☺️

Well u are an American and ha be plenty jobs in th US !!!of course u can trouble the worlf...
Your videos are awesome! I am an American who speaks Spanish and I now have much more of a desire to do what you both do, and travel in Mexico for a bit
Adam I would like to make a correction is not spanish is castellano "castilian"
@@luisv7117 Hace mucho tiempo que español y castellano son sinónimos cuando se refieren al idioma. Puede comprobarse consultando cualquier diccionario o enciclopedia. Y el término "español" es mucho más común que "castellano".

I cant believe i watched this 2 hour video and let me tell you i dont regret it thanks for showing how beautiful My México is new subscriber here!

Jajaja jajaja está horrible sucia llena de ambulantes y mucho chiriwillo qué hacen qué ésa ciudad se vea fea
Thank you! I have driven to central Mexico many times. Americans, MEXICO IS NOT A WAR ZONE. It is awesome!
The kids asking for homework help are real. They're usually kids who are studying English and need to practice with native speakers, and yes, they could get annoying even though that's not their intentions.
WELCOME TO MEXICO !!!! I LOVE THIS KIND OF TOURISTS WANDERING IN TO MY PRETTY COUNTRY.
I don't think it's pretty. It's full of trash and ugly houses. No offense
I wish to visit one day(maybe stay). Love the people. Have Mexican friends in Iowa. The kids are so nice. Also love hot food and tan well! And yes the tropics are so beautiful. I have been to Honduras and Guatemala two weeks each in USAR and noticed many cool things like people respecting each other and family togetherness. Also funny the people knew more about USA then we did, lol.
Ricky Ticky 😂 at least we accept it but you guys? You guys don’t accept racism or xenophobia 😂

Just so you know, a dogs highest compliment to you is to lick your face. Pepper simply want to say thank you for petting her that way in that spot because it pleased her. You thought it would calm her down and make her sit there LOL but she was excited to say thank you
No Thank You!!! Maybe for you Pigs, but I don't think that's a fucking Compliment, that's a fucking OFFENSE.
The best part of the entire video is Tim's hand on your shoulder while he walked to his chiropractic appointment and you walking along his side with a smile.
Rest assured that wasn't acting- that was a real low point in my life. I was wrecked. I should have been taking taxis but part of the recovery is just staying active, moving around, etc. Gotta grind through it.
I love Mex City.It is on my bucket list to see Freida's house and Museum of Anthropology.- plus the Palicio with the Rivera murals , street food in the markets.Only down sides are insane pollution and congested traffic for long term living.Jelly though!
the air quality you see on google is taken from the airport. if you live in polanco, roma, condesa it's fine. there are like a million trees per person in those neighborhoods. unfortunately this is not true for large parts of the city as a whole tho
I just found your channel! what a great adventure! look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thanks for sharing!
It's really great to see the neighborhood in a pueblo and normal Mexican life. I've travelled to Mexico some and it's the normal living aspect I love to experience in other countries. Thanks!
Great job on the video! You're so cute! Im retiring in Puerto vallarta, Wish my late husband and I had moved there Earlier in life, Good for you. I'll be watching you super videos with all the great information thank you
Just discovered your channel this morning and am enjoying your travels so much. Thank you for matching the volume on your music with your talking voice (it's not always the case). Love you long vlogs; your choice of what to show us in spot on. Love it all.
Can’t believe I just watched this 2 hour video. It was pretty nice! Great job
I love your editing! keep it up and keep showing off Mexico!
Wow. Beautiful video. I hope you enjoyed Mexico.
What a beautiful setting.
I’m jealous of your travels and envious of your courageous nerve to get up and go.
TOTALLY enjoyed viewing your four month travels in Mexico!! Very nostalgic for me as my husband and I lived in Mexico for almost 30 years(then along came the kids) and enjoyed revisiting so many places and seeing some new ones!! looking forward to more of your adventures!
Stumbled upon this channel randomly. Really enjoyed this video. New sub for sure. Thanks!
You seem so happy and are always smiling 😊! First video I've watched but will be watching more.
Enjoyed your video very much! You’re great guides and a sweet couple with a sweet dog. I hope Tim is feeling better!
The hair is great. I thought you were gorgeous as a blonde but this is classier! The color is super dynamic
Ooooww his video was fantástic, l hope to continúe watching more video from mexico. Greetings from Cuernavaca
Really enjoying this video. Best of the Mexico series, for sure!
OMG I wanted to laugh when you mentioned the MICROWAVE!! We are in Argentina as I write this and guess what no MICROWAVE in our Airbnb! This is our 4th Airbnb we’ve been in. Each stay at least a month and in the States you take for granted the little things. I’ve now been officially without a Microwave for 6 weeks. My two kids are learning patience! I would love to travel Mexico!!!
Beautiful videos! So inspiring! Just booked my flight for July!
Joe jaimes very hot in Sayulita in July. Make sure you grab a room with aircon 👋 ENJOY! 😁
Thank you so much!
@@timandfin why this title ? are you the only AMERICANS ?
Hope not. But when you’re titling videos for SEO you use common search terminology. Take it up with society I guess? Can’t help ya here.
I watched the entire video congratulations you doing a tremendous job you gained another subscriber you are great authentic professionals.
I appreciate your videos you are helping México with viewers. Thank you . I live in Los Angeles and I appreciate it
I am so happy I ran across your channel. I absolutely LOVED to learn about this area in Mexico, Good info and footage!!! Thanks so much FIN!! And TIm.
What an amazing video, full of information and a love for life, which really shines through in your personalities and delivery! Im hooked. Mexico is on the cards for next year...
Just came across your channel. Great stuff guys. You both are very personable. Keep it cool.
I love and appreciate your videos guys !! Thanks for showing the highs and not so highs of travel. Nice to see a couple that is REAL on RUclips xx
Really enjoyed this video. A vicarious vacation for me. Thank you
it looks so beautiful there and i cant wait till the travel restrictions are off and we can all travel again!!
Tim, I have had back surgery. I was feeling for you when I saw you walking to your chiropractor appointment. Unless you’ve had back pain yourself, it’s hard to explain to others how horrible that is. Wishing you a healthy back for your future travels.
Watching you guys and this beautiful Mexico has given me life. I feel like I went on vacation with you guys. I'm a new fan love you guys. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful adventure.
I've been to mexico on a couple of occasions and its been a wonderful experience! Love it to the point where im already planning my next excursion there!! Great sights, great people! !! !!!

That is beautiful where you are traveling, I am totally jealous, in a good way!♥️♥️♥️♥️
BLESSINGS ALL THE WAY FROM MONTERREY MÉXICO!!! :)
I got drawn to your videos from your bike expedition of Vietnam as I too wanted to relive my experience of travelling from the Mekong Delta to Sapa. I've loved watching your videos coz they're edited well but most of all your choice of music is awesome. Keep up the great work!!
I am still stuck watching your 2 hour plus video. I feel like I am getting to know Mexico through your adventures. Your filming is on point.
Me and my wife are going next year. I am so excited and thank you so much for the vlog.
wooow de verdad me encanto tu video, lo vi todoooo completo sin pausas jaja. Ya me subscribi.
Love the intro I often get a similar response about traveling in Brazil (not safe) I love Brazil and can’t wait to return one day!
It is so nice finally seeing what you are seeing in the video not just you all the time.
Great tip!
What 2 hours of delightful contents!!!
I love learning about new places and when I saw your video I was expecting to watch maybe 15 minutes, but I got sucked into all 2 hours! You are such wonderful people and did an incredible representation of such a beautiful country, never realized I would love to go to Mexico as much as I do now! I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers, this was incredible.
Thank so much Noah, we’re glad you enjoyed the video!
this is so amazing you guys are great!!! it was so nice to see the city where i was born being filmed. I love your guys channel :)
I did the same thing with my daughter last week in the Zocalo 1:23:06 I am enjoying all your 2 hour and 17 minutes video. I have enjoyed what you have said abour Airbnb´s and Sayulita, Guadalajara and now Mexico City... I love that you can travel with your dog, too. Thank you. You won a new subscriber
Great video of your trip and a Big Thank you for sharing it! You both have a wonderful outlook and are inspiring to explore the world. It's not always roses and I'm glad you're not hiding the down sides of being strangers in a different country. Good instinct and street smarts to decline the offer from the seemingly outgoing guy to guide a tour for you and Lila. Locals know the tourists and will try to exploit them, it's good to always know that. Thanks again!
Love watching you guys since I stumbled across you a few weeks ago. Not going to lie though. The best part of this was the pervy chicken looking in your bedroom window at the end. Serious LOLZ!
John R 😂 our too.
we're heading to mexico to start our full-time travels and you've convinced us to stay in Sayulita for a little while. Loving that cute Airbnb, but you didn't put the link to it. Any chance you still have that?? Thanks so much!
very good tour video. you two are perfect enough to make every frame awesome. Thanks
I don’t think I have ever added a comment on any video until now. This was a remarkable movie and I’m glad it’s 2hrs long because I never wanted this incredible experience to end. Bien hecho!
Regarding Mexican kids asking for help with their homework; We experienced this twice on our last visit to Oaxaca.
We participated both times. One boy asked my wife to record us (on his camera) as he interviewed me. Both were excited to practice English.
There are scammers in every country but let's not be so scared that we can't be as friendly and helpful as the Mexican Nationals are to us.
Bubby C. Scare about kind in the USA. Not of Mexico!!! Estudents in the USA always took wepons and hurt. To its classmates. Don't. Bring this way of living. Or mentality. With Mexican student's. Kid's in Mexico always want to practice its new language's. They do also with ppl from france. Or Italians. Etc etc. Depends which language. They study. In Mexico always we like to learn other language's. S9 tvis its very common
@@MA-zv8wn - I love Mexico and many Mexican traditions.
The reason so many fear the Mexican people is because we often believe what the news says. The news tells us what they think will make them popular.
I believe that you are doing the same. U.S. students don't always bring guns to school. Most U.S. students attend school to learn and visit their friends, just like you.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC VIDEO,THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!
First time passing through your Chanel, good job guys! I love my country 🇲🇽 y'all are welcome.
Wow, that was awesome. Thanks for sharing:-)
Omg those houses are gorgeous
You guys are the only ones that actually show the difficult parts of being abroad. All the other channels make everywhere look like it’s wonderful!
The end it's like we are not going to see you in a long time... i am growing into liking you guys... Thanks for sharing...
I like your videos a lot!
Nice job with video editing. Good mix of music, views, and narration.
I know that RUclips-music options are limited but it would be nice if local music could be used.
Amazing video!! Thank you for sharing it ✈️
Wow! Very professional montage. Bravo. Very engaging and inviting.
Can you point the camera more at the locations? The camera shows you both explaining what you see but I'd prefer to see what you are referring to at more length of time please! Thank you for the videos!
Such perfect words to describe exactly how it truly is.. I hate when people generalize and assume México is such an unsafe place just because of the media. I recently moved from LA to Jalisco and I’ve never felt safer and stress free. Back home everyone is always on edge with mass shootings and the terrorism within. México isn’t free from shootings and all that but you don’t hear it as much, especially mass shootings. All in all, I don’t feel unsafe here and truly get to enjoy life and nature the way it supposed to be enjoyed.
Very pleasant to watch. Thanks for sharing this adventure.
Love your channel and your music so relaxing ..Thanks You
Amazing! I love the trip to DF. I went while studying abroad in Guadalajara and did the same tours you did, which is kinda funny, even the blue wall. Unfortunately, it was before Instagram 😄. We stayed at the hotel across from the plaza de gobiernos. I look back and think how fortunate I was to go in that trip. ❤️
Thank you for building bridges between nations
🥰🥰🥰
I love the way do you guys showing my country with a big smile thank you
There was nothing boring about this almost two hour video; better than watching some boring movie!!!
What a great video! You guys rock this time! Haha just kidding! All your videos are awesome 😉
I can't even afford to take my animals to the vet right now and I love them more than anything in life
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome video plus the way this couple makes their video seems more realistic & honest.
In addition, their adorable dog named "Pepper" makes the whole experience complete. Looking for future videos in the near future, as I wish you 3 health, success, but most of all Love... Abrazos
muy entretenido su video gracias, Tim y Fin! disfrute plenamente
