VFA-192 Flew in the Red Flag 23-3 Event. I was voluntold to be a lane commander leading two other squadrons we had never flown with before.

They decided to stop. I can’t speak for them, but missions of that size are no small task. I did enjoy the large scale of the missions.

What is that alarm sound that periodically plays over the radio? 2:09 for instance.

This is the sound the radio makes when two people transmit at the same time.
