I'm not sure my stomach has ever been upset by watching someone eat. Well, he really wasn't eating so much as just swallowing large amounts of food. This will be replaying in my mind wondering if that's what I used to look like while eating in my car.

You can use fruit and vegetables instead of carbs for a week and then slowly reduce how much of them you eat and eventually get back to carnivore again. Don't give up on your health, friend.

My carbacholic friends who consume lots of cookies, potato chips, and other boxed foods are now no longer eating. They are dying! Starving themselves to death.
I have four friends who have eaten this kind of food for years. Up until this year they were active and mentally alert. They have all lost weight without trying. They just quit eating.
And what has recently happened that would cause all of them to behave exactly the same way simultaneously?

I had a double quarter pounder at McDonald's. Well, 2 because they screwed my order up so got another one free. Remove all the gunk put in it... cheap protein. No fries, no sugary drink. Still junk food but less junky than it could have been!
