Welcome to the first video in a series about converting my 1983 Great Divide travel trailer to a livable vertical farm. A tower garden full of strawberries, dozens of Kratky Gardens, A living Pantry, and Living herb garden to name a few things I cover in this episode. I hope you are as excited as I am to watch this all unfold. No body is as excited as my 2 boys are for picking fresh produce from the road.

My wife is probably happy I didn't find your channel until after we ended our 2 year RV trip. Looking forward to seeing your transition.

I just moved into a a class A rv and have solar panels and lithium batteries from another project. I haven't modified or installed anything at this point. I'm looking forward to following your progress. I considered buying led grow lights for the power drain issue but will decide when solar is up and running. The rv has its own generator and house batteries that Ill probably leave as a separate electrical system. It should be fun.

If you use fogponics, how do you keep temperature constant?

Hi, interesting project you got there, Will you be stationnary or moving around? My freind and i were thinking of taking our 26 ft trailer to visit the southern states for a period of 6 months. Being Canadian, we could only be out of the country for 180 days, so we don't lose our pensions. .. Yeah 2 oldies going on the road,The plan was to grow as much microgreens as possible and to sell some to help pay gas and stuff. It might still happen.... We think that the microgreens could bring in a few hundred dollars a week, The travelling microgreens .... Take care and best of luck with your project.

I'm so glad you didn't unsubscribe after that vegan video. I really appreciate and enjoy your comments. I think that is a fantastic idea! You could absolutely do it, and no matter what happened you would have a unforgettable experience. If you do, I want to buy some please!
Yes, we'll be traveling for a bit. Right now we're in Bend Oregon. The plan was to head to Washington and possibly Vancouver. But one of our cats ran off and we're desperate to get her back. So I've actually been in Bend for a month longer than expected. Likely it will be smaller traveling around Colorado until late fall. Then back to renting.

Hi again, I just checked Living Zeal. That's so cool. I wanted to do this when i was younger but never had the courage or the partner to leave everything and live on the road. But now being single, it seemed impossible until one of my long time freind who is also newley single accepted to try it out. We are still in the beginning of our planning but i think that it will be possible in about a year.
I do feel that everything is possible, we just gotta do it. But before we get going we need to be ready. So, yes i will be checking your videos for ideas and stuff. Keep on trucking and talk to you soon.@@humblegrowth
