To everyone that just started working out and stumble upon this video, DO NOT give up. I know at first it seems hard, I stop myself halfway through (my body screaming at me not to continue 😂 always try to push yourself but listen to your body at the same time). I do this twice a day, alternating with other workouts vid and a week later I can do this full video in one time (not at emi’s pace yet but I’m aiming for it 🔥). Go at your own pace, what important is DON’T give up. We can do this! 💪🏻🔥

I remembered that during 1st week of doing this workout, I felt almost dying and painful the whole body. Then, 2nd week little bit recover and in the third week, I can do it comfortably. It has been two months for doing this. I can see some results because body measurements were reduced and being fit and healthy. It's my daily activity. Thanks, Emi. You are my trainer.

In case someone is curious, the workout according to my watch burns around 150-190 calories. Which is a considerate amount considering the effort.
I'm used to do 40min cardio everyday but this workout got me all sweat and i felt the burn in my legs.

I'm doing this workout 10 minutes at a time, because I don't have 30 minutes free this morning, so I haven't finished it yet, but one thing I wanted to comment is that I love it when you make routines that don't repeat sets of exercises. I don't like exercising, and I get bored if I've done a set and then am told we are doing the exact same thing again. I really appreciate that you don't do this very often, and nowhere near as much as other YT HIIT instructors do. So thank you!

I did this 3days (2Days I didn’t complete the whole workout only half of it because I can’t handle😥) I rest 3days, and the other 1 day I did 10min standing ab workout. I did not eat less or eat healthy, I just didn’t eat instant noodle, I drank coke because my blood sugar isn’t enough, but FORTUNATELY I lost 2kg in 1 week😉 my belly area is smaller than before too, I lost almost 2cm. If you/anyone see this, I hope you start doing this and get the best result 💙 Let’s keep going! I cheer for you!

Reason is because food will burn in your system because you kicked up your metabolism.keep up the good work to those of you who are doing this!

When depression hit me, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Whenever I feel so down, I just eat and that's when I started gaining unhealthy weight. People around me keeps fat-shaming me, they tell me that I look old for my age (19yo) and that my body looks like a body of a fat mother. The sadder I get, the more food I eat because it's the only thing that makes me feel good. My 20th birthday is in a month. I'll start working out today (08/03/2021), hopefully I can keep doing it until my birthday for my birthday photoshoot. 4 feb '22 : try this workout for the first time, feel the burn especially on my thighs, struggle to finish it
5 feb '22 : doing this again but with my sore thighs😂 still struggling but managed to finish it
6 feb : skip this and only exercise my arms and do emi's 20 min stretching to ease my painful thighs👍🏻
7 feb : finished it, but the lunges were especially hard today
8 feb : finished it, i can feel that my thighs are stronger and not feel any pain after the exercise💪🏻

21:41i was deaddd my leg gave up on me loll I decided to stop but then 5 mins later I decided to do it again. Slower than last time but a win is a win. This is my 4th time trying to workout and get in shape. All the other times I lost motivation and gave up. Definitely hope this time Ill be consistent on my journey. Thank you so much Emi for posting this! I did this work-out while waiting for my yoga mat and here's what I noticed during the 4 days I've done this:
✅Day 1: After searching for a standing work-out video, I immediately did this and loool, 8 mins and I'm done😂 I found those 'reverse lunge and kick' least fun and hardest, immediately stopped after doing those.
✅Day 2: I was so determined to continue to work-out for myself so I tried again. I still found reverse lunge and kick not fun so I pause the video after doing those to get a rest but the good news is, I FINISHED THE FIRST ROUND but I stopped after windmill, I was really breathing hard, my pulse was running insanely fast and I couldn't almost breathe so I need to stop to listen to my body.
✅Day 3: Yes, I am taking it slowly but I'll never stop! I did the work-out and yes, the reverse lunges and kick are still the least fun YET I managed to continue until I finished the first round and finally stopping at 18 mins. I was kinda afraid I'd feel sick like yesterday so I didn't really push it through.
Day 4: Good news! I was able to finish the 30 mins, I am so proud of myself😭, I took a bit of rest after the first round but I am happy that I was able to finish the entire work-out.
✨My yoga mat arrived at Day 5 which is yesterday so I proceed to continue my initial goal which is to burn inner and outer thigh fat, there is a work-out from Emi and I did that for the first time yesterday, and FINISHED doing the entire vid😭, I'm so proud along with 15 min abs exercise but mweh I only lasted for 3 mins in my first day😂 I am not giving up tho.
I did not do this work-out on my day 5 (yesterday) but I still want a full body work-out so I opted to do the 15 mins version of this. The one where Emi was doing a full body standing exercise outdoors and yo I wasn't prepared for the jumping squat but I FINISHED the entire vid✨🤞😭.

What I noticed tho that after doing this work-out, my legs are firming and stronger, my calves also got smaller, thank goodness I took a pic of my legs (my biggest insecurity) before I started this work-out and when I took a pic again yesterday, I noticed that my calves got smaller✨❤️ and not only that, but also doing this certain work-out helped me on my 5th day to finish the ENTIRE video of doing thigh work-out and the 15 min standing exercise work-out.
Ps. When I rest, I take a sip of water but DO NOT drink a lot to quench my thirst, especially when I am still not done with the work-out. Day 2 was the hardest but I've heard that BY JUST STARTING, YOU ARE HALF-WAY THERE, so hang in there, baby!
Just continue pushing yourself to do this and as cliche it may sound, do not give up! You can train your body and Emi's videos will certainly help you. Celebrate even the smallest changes, your effort, self-control and patience! ✨ We've been there so just continue for yourself, 'kay? ❤️

Decided to start a full body-cardio workout after I went to the doctor yesterday and the nurse called me fat after looking at my weight 🙃

I do this workout on my period days and I get all sweaty and feel so good, at the same time staying fully comfortable. There was a time I wouldn't want to workout during those days but now I do. ☺️
As someone who is a bigger girl just starting this out hoping another girl my size reads this, I couldn’t do the full lunges!!!!!! I most definitely would’ve broken something 🤣 but HEY! Youre still doing it! I’m still doing it! Eventually we will get to the point we can do the full lunge! It’s hard! But so worth it, my 21st bday is in 4 months and I’m hoping to be significantly down by then! Excited for this new life ahead of me ❤
THIS WORKOUT KILLED ME. For the windmill on the 1st round, it was so easy to keep my balance, but by the 2nd round I found it so hard to keep my balance and stand straight without almost falling :')
Oh I'm crying.. This one looked so easy to me but I gave up at half. This burn is so good. There is no cardio but still It's a devil workout and I'm out of breathe. Love Emi and her workouts ❤️..

So I started yesterday but I didn’t comment soooo...
Day 1 (yesterday): I finished and I’ve probably never done a 30 min workout like THIS POWERFUL since ever so when I finished I was dying and while doing it I was dying too💀😩 but I felt so motivated the day after too!!!
Day 2: OMG I swear I felt a little stronger and I felt like the workout was barley 30 min so time flew by. I also felt more burn and I actually felt for some reason that i was losing fat and gaining muscle by the *second* !!! Def feel better 🥰🥺
Day3: i felt more burn and a little more motivation in the leg squat kick thing and the workout didn’t feel that long 😏🤚
Day 4: I didn’t do this workout because I found that i would burn myself out ya know so I did a tiktok dance/ music workout with a 2 min madfit an workout 😜
Day 5: today i did do this workout and of course it burned but I didn’t really complain that much I also didn’t feel like it was so long! And after the workout I felt like a real athlete (I also want to try out for soccer somewhere cause it seems interesting!!! So if anyone has experience * PLEASE* Ieave me tips! 😏😁
Your motivation is amazing but please don't do this every day, im just a beginner too but i think youre supposed to only do cardio 3-4 times a week,, too much can lead to burnout

Oh wow, Emi! I have just tried this one for the first time having stepped up from your beginner workouts. My god, this nearly floored me…..can’t wait to repeat it again this evening!
Guys I just finished this workout and it gives me a really really great sweat. I was getting out of breath and need to rest for about 3 minutes after the first set and rest more between each exercise on the second set 😂 But I'm still proud of myself cause I can get this done.
Also, thank you so much Emi for another great workout. I've been working out with yours for about 6 months through the ups and downs my weightloss journey.
And now I'm about to start again with a better and balance diet. So good luck for me and for you guys who also in the same journey. We can do this 💪

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Day one of doing this💗 My thighs were hurting whenever I sit , squat, bend 😭 It was burning on my thighs and legs 👎 but that means it working :)) I’ll do it again tomorrow when I get home from school 💗💗

I hv been following emi since 2019, and when ever i need something related to exercise, i only choose emi. The only thing i want from emi is after baby exercises. 😅
Beware: If you have no cardio fitness (like me) you will probably want to avoid exercising on an empty stomach! I didn't think to eat lunch first and hadn't eaten anything since breakfast, so my stomach was completely empty. After minute 11 in the video, I had to stop because I felt like I was going to vomit, was lightheaded, and shaky, and come to find out that was all due to low blood sugar. On a side note, I wouldn't recommend exercising directly after eating either, as it might cause similar nausea problems.
Love your videos, Emi. I can't believe how effective these are cardio wise. I think these will do a lot more for me than just doing yoga workouts.
I love no jumping exercise but my heart still beats as if I did jumping exercise! I love this exercise, I can feel the burn and muscle clenched, and I swear u gonna sweat like crazy with this workout. My sweat literally just drip down from my head. Like it’s intense

Hello Emi since May 17,2023 I start following your workout routine 6times a week from 80.9 kilos I loose 5.2 kilos
My weight is already 75.7 kilos as of now my goal is at least 53 kilos or least

My asthma said no thanks but i did it !! Almost getting a heartattack but i'm perfectly fine ! Goodluck everyone ~ Every strenuos activity e.g , workouts , works on you but if you're impatient then its worthless . Trust the process and you'll be fine :)) it's totally okay not to be okay
Remember to eat healthily as well ! Do not do this everyday , your muscle and body need rest ..twice / 3 times a week should be fine ya
