Xigbar wasn’t talking about Luxu when he said that.....he was talking about Master Xehanort. It’s a fact because, therw out the ENTIRE series, when Braig or Xigbar was ever on screen his *motive* always about the power of the “Keyblade” and Luxu confirms it himself in Report 13 of KH3 “I need only play the fool of desiring the keyblades power, an don the mask as his ally” “to keep a close watch over my keyablade”.....so the Xigbar. We know up to now is Luxu, this personality is just something he made up to fool everyone. That being said mabe the REAL Xigbar is somehow still alive in there or where ever. But the Xigbar we known up to this point was Luxu all along.

Also it doesn’t make sense. Luxu had plenty of bodies up to this point. As he states to the fortellers. Brains body might have been the FIRST vessel he took but, he’s been there plenty more for the past hundred years. An he also states the body he has now will be his last. There is no way..the original Xigbar is Brain.
I think what happened was that Luxu's heart was placed inside Brain and Brain's heart was ejected from the body. As we've learned from time travel thus far, a heart that is without a vessel but isnt consumed by darkness isnt barred from moving through time. And if there's no heartless or nobody to disrupt the process, the heart will merely land in a point in time or in Brain's case the closest possible point in time, at which recompletion is possible(i.e available viable vessel/heart's former vessel, people who remember them, medium of landing which was Brain's hat...not the Gazing Eye.) And while none of the nobodies aged upon recompletion, it doesnt quite explain why Brain hasnt aged with his body being in use up to the point Luxu apparently moves on to the next vessel in his plan. Perhaps we arent so far in Scala's future but it feels otherwise. Luxu just bought time for Brain to come back at a point at which Brain could make progress on his own goal and survive the data collapse while Luxu killed time and observed.
You know,the idea of requiring consent to body heart kinda reminds me of sora accepting ventus's heart into his own to help fix it. Ventus was only able to do this because sora allowed it/offered

i dont think its a reach, i just think you're wrong. i think luxu basically either forces their heart out, or puts their heart to sleep, so its more like ven waking up, where what they remember of that time would all basically be a dream if remembered at all. remember xehanort wasn't fully successful with with terra, thats why terra was still somewhat present, and why xehanort lost memory. i think luxu said the 'old coot' line to keep the act going n his true self secret. just because we know who he is now doesn't mean anyone in game does. i also think that he used brains body, making brain reform AFTER hes done with it, thus returning it to the same age it was, just like terra, but this way he kept his memories because there was the memory of him (from ephemer) and the medium (the hat) which would've otherwise been in the pod with the body. so, luxu took brain's body to ensure his memory remained in tact and to put brain in the right time to create the lineage that put eraqus and xehanort together.

@@RealJokerGaming definitely will. just a bit of follow up to think about, ephemer n brain are the only two dandelions that seem to have their memory in tact on arrival. ven, lauriam, elrena, and subject x are all hazy at best, only having whats etched in their hearts. whats the point in making sure brain has his memories? well, think about this, one dandelion has to keep their knowledge in order to restart the world and carry things forward. luxu hadnt read the book, so he doesn't know who founds the next world, but he knew some had already taken pods, one had fallen, and some were still trapped. as far as he knew, all the others were screwed at this point. it was go time n brain was there. brain says 'im gonna live out my life here' n luxu's basically like 'ok, well thats now then, cuz one of you has to get there the right way' basically if ephemer would've died, brain would've still woken up how he did, it would've just been from luxu's memory of him instead of ephemer passing down knowledge of him, but if luxu wasn't holding the body back from the equation, brain could've reformed too soon n died in the destruction of the world. kinda convoluted, but we're talking nomura here. honestly the only 2 things im still trying to figure out that don't make sense to me with this logic is 1) why they didnt just make a bunch of pods if you can survive the destruction of the world sitting in one like ephemer did, although he might've reformed immediately the right way if brain had something of his that was still with luxu and acted as a medium, or oddly enough the pod itself acted as the medium, but there's not much supporting this so who knows 2) when n how the noname keyblade got on the wall in scala. im kinda guessing something like ephemer dies somewhat young, based on how he appears in both his statue and in kh3, then luxu became one of the next few head master type figures, hung it on the wall and body hopped out of brains body towards the end of that life, maybe into Sigurd. i think brain gets masters defender back from headquarters, having been left for him by ephemer, thus it stays on the wall. sorry for the long winded theory, i swear im just gonna start making vids soon lol
The idea of requiring permission or a certain condition to be met to inhabit a new vessel seems very plausible. If something as finnicky as *time travel* can have very strict rules with on how it works as well as if someone were to break them, then I can see this whole body swap mechanic being a thing and being very open ended on how you do it. Asking for permission, making a deal (much like angels with mortals in Supernatural) or forcing it if the vessel meets the conditions to sustain the heart that needs it. I'd be down for this.
I really like that theory. The idea that Xigbar is talking about Luxu in that scene is very cool. And having at lest two people at a time in his person could explain some of his odd moments. Like when he is scared of Sora in DDD. I really see no reason for Luxu to be scared but if it was Xigbar having a moment then it might make more sense. There is a small problem I don't think that a vessel can be sent using the ark. The body gets destroyed using ark time travel so sending an empty vessel just sounds useless to me. Granted we don't understand the ark all that well, but sending an empty body just for it to get destroyed before it lands sounds pointless. That said I am not really willing to fully agree with any theory about what is happening with the two Brains at the end of UX. There is just so much that we don't know that being sure about any one theory doesn't seem like the right action. I don't think their medium is the white coat. If it was they would all end up at the same place. What I think is since they didn't have an actual medium they ended up where their elements corresponded. Larxene at the enchanted dominion because of the thunders. Marluxia at the dwarf woodlands because of the flowers and ventus at the badlands because of the winds.
I think my question now is when and how does xehanort get the no name keyblade? Does luxu/brain simply pass it down to him once xehanort returns back to Scala ad caelum and meets up with eraqus and the gang? Remember, there are 7 upper classmen amongst xehanort's class, does luxu/brain give it to one of them then xehanort shortly after? Even though these questions come to mind, my theory is that luxu meets up with xehanort obliviously not knowing it was him sometime during the events of dark road. Xehanort probably obtained no name/gazing eye just before the time four out of the 5 other classmates died (which I still believe vor is the one who survived, thus becoming Kairi's grandmother. ) we see xehanort and eraqus playing chess and the no name keyblade is mounted on the wall; keyblade wielders are known to hold more than one keyblade, so the dark road gang have their own keyblades they wield for their tasks and xehanort kinda holds no name for show at the time. Eraqus will obtain master defender later on maybe through Mark of mastery or maybe through legacy: "--here, this actually belong to your grandfather, it's only right if you take it.."--or something like that. After the classmates have died, xehanort continues his "world tour" via time travel to uncover the secrets of his legacy. During then, he comes across xigbar in the future, hence the cutscene of the secret ending to coded: "out of all keyblades in existence, master xehanort's is the most ancient..." --Then again, how would xehanort have known he was going to obtain the no name keyblade?? Did he try to be Inconspicuous in that scene? Xigbar was kind of sarcastic during that conversation, so they both could have put a facade. That scene was cut out, so we don't really know what happened before they started talking, nor after when Xigbar said, "so which poor pathetic soul will it be?" Xehanort smirks and it almost sounded like he was going to say "saix" just before the end of the scene cuts him off. I hope dark road covers that part so we'll know what truly happens. I think that part takes place just before the events of dream drop distance where half of the organization was lying down unconscious
Honestly, that is a very good question. I do believe that Master Xehanort at some point during his world tour met Luxu as well before he inhabited Xigbar/Braig. I don't necessarily think that Luxu passed on the No Name keyblade to one of the upperclassmen. I'm leaning more towards maybe Eraqus or Xehanort himself. Or maybe he gave it to Master Odin? I remember hearing somewhere that Terra's body didn't age because it was possessed. Maybe Brain was the same, and when Luxu was done with the body Brain was sent to the future because of that connection and his hat. That is just my theory :)
I think he was paraphrasing. Speaking of the old coot to Sora would seem like Xehanort. But really Luxu was talking about his declining faith in the Master of Masters
Why do I feel like after watching the KH series further and further - Sora may not be one of the Guardians of Light, he may only be an extra character that had a big role to fulfill just as what he had mentioned in DDD that he is just a small part of something even bigger. I'm not sure hehehe but HEY this is just me and my opinion. I don't have any evidence but I'm just going with what I have in mind and feel. I mean he wasn't never meant to be a keyblade weilder but rather he was just option with what happened in KH1, that is why the keyblade chose him - although even though he was just an extra just like in any other series/movie he became a scene stealer and outshined even the protagonists hehe. I don't agree with the part that the old coot is referring to another "old coot" other than Xehanort. In many of the the conversations in BBS, he refers to him as the old coot. Such as when talking to Terra. Otherwise that is an interesting theory and I definitely see how it could fit in the KH narrative
what i think actually happened is that Luxu did in fact not take brain's body but took over his "no body" he cast Brain's heart to the life boat to fulfill the book of prophecies brain then reconstructed in scaela ad caelum in the very far future, meanwhile in the past Luxu in Brain's nobody trained a worthy heir to inherit the Master of Master's keyblade and handed it over to them then he probably cast aside the nobody once he found a suitable replacement to use as his eyes to watch over the keyblade inheritance all the way up to xehanort who would fulfill the master of master's plan to defeat one of the darkness' and lead him to Quadratum the world he could not even see before until now.
Hmm ok ok I can see that "bleeding effect" in which if the people are sharing a body that both personalities- both hearts- are there. We do see Xemnas talk to Aquas armor as a friend as if he's Terra.. I did find Xigbar's line in KH3 upon defeat as a little weird since he is Luxu and he was bequeathed the keyblade lmao. Idk if he said it to confuse Sora or what lol I did release my own theory videos on the finale update, part two I discuss the theories surrounding Luxu and Brain- I've convinced myself they are the same person 😂 Luxu had to save himself- Brain to set everything in motion. I like this theory, but now that I have heard this theory, what if Luxu taught Master Xehanort this same ability and that was how he was able to possess Terra? That is my theory
we seen Braig with brown eyes in early bbs and yellow eyes by the end of bbs. does this indicate the change when Luxu took over his body? or is yellow eyes a representation of darkness? in which case, has luxu succumb to the darkness?

If he did then he could've learned the masters true intentions from being with luxu all those years. That would make your theory of them being conscious during the whole thing tangible. That being said he learns the master of masters plan, and ends up switching with him or yozora. That would explain why we see brain the way we do in kh3 remind ending. Also explaining why he doesn't really know what sora looks like. He's there to save him in his dreams. And brain, dreams. There's a connection. Ooooor we could say that its the master of masters as yozora. But he doesn't take orders he gives them. Only evidence I have for that is that he created the dream eaters and the keyblades. So if it is brain, then yozora as we see him in kh3 remind would have to be the master of masters original body. That would explain how he can take your keyblade from you. Idk though for sure. I'm just spit balling and hoping I'm in the ball park lol
So Luxu/Xigbar never really died. Defeated, yes, but not killed. Unlike the others, Luxu steps off the edge of the cliff then you see the "darkness" flying into the air. Hes the only "darkness" that "died" that way. Based on what happens, more than likely with Brain he is a passenger, not the driver. Luxu wouldn't need to look at his own keyblade in amazement. Once Brain found someone good enough to be a host, he transferred over. As far as what is going on with Xehanort and Luxu just switching bodies, I think its more because they are looking for a host that meets their needs. A weak heart probably can't summon a keyblade much less allow another transference. Terra fought back, but when the armor got up, that was Eraqus' will, not Terra's will. In KH3, its shown that is Eraqus who animated the armor to fight Xehanort. I understand where you are coming from, but I think its just finding the right host or making on that fits your need. In Xehanort's case, I imagine some of his abilities are easier to do in a body filled with darkness. A great example would be choosing Riku as a vessel over Sora. In Sora's body which would be mostly light, I think it would be hard to force Terra's to form and fight for him. However in a body with more darkness, it becomes an easy and mundane task.

Xehanort probably obtained no name/gazing eye just before the time four out of the 5 other classmates died (which I still believe vor is the one who survived, thus becoming Kairi's grandmother. ) we see xehanort and eraqus playing chess and the no name keyblade is mounted on the wall; keyblade wielders are known to hold more than one keyblade, so the dark road gang have their own keyblades they wield for their tasks and xehanort kinda holds no name for show at the time. Eraqus will obtain master defender later on maybe through Mark of mastery or maybe through legacy: "--here, this actually belong to your grandfather, it's only right if you take it.."--or something like that. After the classmates have died, xehanort continues his "world tour" via time travel to uncover the secrets of his legacy. During then, he comes across xigbar in the future, hence the cutscene of the secret ending to coded: "out of all keyblades in existence, master xehanort's is the most ancient..."
--Then again, how would xehanort have known he was going to obtain the no name keyblade?? Did he try to be Inconspicuous in that scene? Xigbar was kind of sarcastic during that conversation, so they both could have put a facade. That scene was cut out, so we don't really know what happened before they started talking, nor after when Xigbar said, "so which poor pathetic soul will it be?" Xehanort smirks and it almost sounded like he was going to say "saix" just before the end of the scene cuts him off. I hope dark road covers that part so we'll know what truly happens. I think that part takes place just before the events of dream drop distance where half of the organization was lying down unconscious
Honestly, that is a very good question. I do believe that Master Xehanort at some point during his world tour met Luxu as well before he inhabited Xigbar/Braig. I don't necessarily think that Luxu passed on the No Name keyblade to one of the upperclassmen. I'm leaning more towards maybe Eraqus or Xehanort himself. Or maybe he gave it to Master Odin? I remember hearing somewhere that Terra's body didn't age because it was possessed. Maybe Brain was the same, and when Luxu was done with the body Brain was sent to the future because of that connection and his hat. That is just my theory :)

Why do I feel like after watching the KH series further and further - Sora may not be one of the Guardians of Light, he may only be an extra character that had a big role to fulfill just as what he had mentioned in DDD that he is just a small part of something even bigger. I'm not sure hehehe but HEY this is just me and my opinion. I don't have any evidence but I'm just going with what I have in mind and feel. I mean he wasn't never meant to be a keyblade weilder but rather he was just option with what happened in KH1, that is why the keyblade chose him - although even though he was just an extra just like in any other series/movie he became a scene stealer and outshined even the protagonists hehe. I don't agree with the part that the old coot is referring to another "old coot" other than Xehanort. In many of the the conversations in BBS, he refers to him as the old coot. Such as when talking to Terra. Otherwise that is an interesting theory and I definitely see how it could fit in the KH narrative

what i think actually happened is that Luxu did in fact not take brain's body but took over his "no body" he cast Brain's heart to the life boat to fulfill the book of prophecies brain then reconstructed in scaela ad caelum in the very far future, meanwhile in the past Luxu in Brain's nobody trained a worthy heir to inherit the Master of Master's keyblade and handed it over to them then he probably cast aside the nobody once he found a suitable replacement to use as his eyes to watch over the keyblade inheritance all the way up to xehanort who would fulfill the master of master's plan to defeat one of the darkness' and lead him to Quadratum the world he could not even see before until now.

Hmm ok ok I can see that "bleeding effect" in which if the people are sharing a body that both personalities- both hearts- are there. We do see Xemnas talk to Aquas armor as a friend as if he's Terra.. I did find Xigbar's line in KH3 upon defeat as a little weird since he is Luxu and he was bequeathed the keyblade lmao. Idk if he said it to confuse Sora or what lol

@@RealJokerGaming well think about brain in the ending. We don't what has happened to him. He very well could've learned how to switch bodies. If he did then he could've learned the masters true intentions from being with luxu all those years. That would make your theory of them being conscious during the whole thing tangible. That being said he learns the master of masters plan, and ends up switching with him or yozora. That would explain why we see brain the way we do in kh3 remind ending. Also explaining why he doesn't really know what sora looks like. He's there to save him in his dreams. And brain, dreams. There's a connection. Ooooor we could say that its the master of masters as yozora. But he doesn't take orders he gives them. Only evidence I have for that is that he created the dream eaters and the keyblades. So if it is brain, then yozora as we see him in kh3 remind would have to be the master of masters original body. That would explain how he can take your keyblade from you. Idk though for sure. I'm just spit balling and hoping I'm in the ball park lol

Xigbar is norted version of braig from bbs i think of one of the other games
So Luxu/Xigbar never really died. Defeated, yes, but not killed. Unlike the others, Luxu steps off the edge of the cliff then you see the "darkness" flying into the air. Hes the only "darkness" that "died" that way. Based on what happens, more than likely with Brain he is a passenger, not the driver. Luxu wouldn't need to look at his own keyblade in amazement. Once Brain found someone good enough to be a host, he transferred over.
As far as what is going on with Xehanort and Luxu just switching bodies, I think its more because they are looking for a host that meets their needs. A weak heart probably can't summon a keyblade much less allow another transference. Terra fought back, but when the armor got up, that was Eraqus' will, not Terra's will. In KH3, its shown that is Eraqus who animated the armor to fight Xehanort. I understand where you are coming from, but I think its just finding the right host or making on that fits your need. In Xehanort's case, I imagine some of his abilities are easier to do in a body filled with darkness. A great example would be choosing Riku as a vessel over Sora. In Sora's body which would be mostly light, I think it would be hard to force Terra's to form and fight for him. However in a body with more darkness, it becomes an easy and mundane task.
