it speaks to the quality of this game's tutorials that the first thing a top level player recommends is hitting the built-in guides and combo trials. feel like those are okay at best and irrelevant at worst in other fighting games

This is the Cammy Master I've been looking for.
Old SF II player here, she was my main from her first arcade appearance in 1993.
Not played much since SFA3, just some very limited SF4 play time (probably got more hours on 6 already). I have a lot of catching up to do, I'm not likely to peak on reaction times due to old age. So I'm gonna have to predict my opponents moves more. :)

Reaction time is all practice. You'll probably get better reaction time than you ever had if you practice more now compared to back then
