    I have bought three Vector scopes this past year . Hunting and target work. I'm happy they work. Why is it that these damn manufacturers think we all need illumination we don't. Just something else to go wrong and added cost. Joe I think I may have to unscribe you as every time you do a video I have this strong urge to buy another scope. I have more scopes than guns. Keep up the good work.

    Another top review and actually changed my mind on a new Air Rifle package I am buying. Just ordered the new BSA R10 Nutmeg laminate that was packaged with a Vector Marksman FFP scope but Changed it to the Veyron FFP scope. It was suggested by Vector Air who I am buying it from as they said the shorter Veyron would suit the R10 carbine and after looking at your reviews of both decided to go with the Veyron. Thanks for your honest reviews.

    Nice scope, they could make the outer lines (The parts outside the hash marks) of the reticle solid, that would help at 4 power, for 10 Yard rats.
    The Taurus 3x18 and illumination top it (for me) , but a trade off with min on the side wheel focus, 10Y (Veyron) v 15Y (Taurus), and cost.
    Both scopes where introduced to me by you Joe, and I dare say it will be one or the other I give my saved pennies out for.
    Many thanks.

      UNCLE BUZZ vector is made in China. Your dealer in America is the importer. Very hard to get 100% American. They all have Chinese finger prints all over them.

      its made in china ,

    • @MDM1992
      @MDM1992 3 года назад +2

      If you buy the cheapest Chinese made scope then of course it's going to be poor quality, you get what you pay for in any country, something dirt cheap in America is crap as well lol if you buy higher end Chinese they will undoubtedly put the American equivalent (in terms of price) to absolute shame (in features and quality). China makes some of the best quality things in the world as well as some of the cheapest things in the world, if your paying 50 for a scope it's not going to have good materials used is it. But in China you can get the materials and labour cost cheaper so a 150 Chinese scope is like a 300 American scope easily. Your not paying for quality at that point your overpaying on the labour and materials, and most materials come from China these days even if the manufacturing is done elsewhere. Because it's cheaper meaning more profit.

    Any chance you can develop a marking system? Lots of your best of scope vids don’t really help with a final decision. Things like clarity, low light vis, accuracy weight etc then value for money might help make a more definitive choice. New subscriber, love your work 😎

    Hey Joe, can you do a review video for us poor fucks that want a scope on something small like a Savage 93R17 (17 HMR), that we picked up for $199 or less at Walmart, and don't want to pay as much for a scope as we did for the bargain basement budget rifle. I want something to mount on it to plink small game like squirrels and targets from 25-100 yards. I don't want to have to spread bottom for a scope... worse enough I have to do that yearly for a colonoscopy - I don't need to do it twice in a year.
