What's the name of the movement at 1:04? It looks interesting and how it would translate to cutt outs and throws. It also looks like it has a potential for knocking yourself in the head. Do you have any recommendations for how to do it safely?

I like Iron. Personally, I think rogue E-coat KB’s are amazing quality for a fair price.
