Those had been chosen so precisely, with wrestling specifics understanding. Great job! I’m telling that as a wrestler.
Yes they are. Thank you!
Thanks. More to come.
This is by far some of the most elite kettlebell exercises I've ever seen. I'm trying all of them right now
Thank you Claude!!
Wow...this is next level stuff!
What do you recommend as far as number of reps, number of sets, and rest time between sets?
Good question

What is the weight of this kettlebell?
great video !!!!
Fantastic!!!
@anywhichway205 . I call it "High Hips" position. Great for stabilizing the shoulders and mobilizing and strengthening the lower back hams and glutes. This is also a common sticking point for a lot of people when doing the get up.
whats the name of the exercise you are doing at 2:10? the beginning of a turkish get up with the leg pass thru...
your form is so tight..great stuff, thanks for sharing. I gotta add them to mine, keep it new!

Man...i think you might have the best kettlebell variations on youtube!
Great stuff man. Thanks
Thanks! When doing start light and make sure form and technique are the main points of focus. Sloppy form = Sloppy results
not only sloppy results but high risk of injury especially when new or going too heavy too soon.
thanks dude
