You can keep both feet flat on the floor for more hip focused mobility opposed to hamstring & hip? This is a body weight exercise I have used for reps for conditioning or as a mobility or static stretch using both versions with different intent dependent upon my focus e.g. squatting or jumping & landing in a squat I would focus more on hip mobility or prep for 3 way splits I would do both versions one after the other. So any advice of when to use this for programming please :::)) Peace & Love!
