    In this video Vadim Kolganov Master of sports in Sambo and Judo and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach demonstrates kettlebell workout for fighters, grapplers, sambists, judokas, BJJ fighters and an martial artists who is interested in kettlebell exercises for functional strength.
    This is workout for fighters # 3 tutorial . Just going through explanation of all exercises.
    There are 8 exercises that will give you full body workout.
    It will improve your core strength, strength endurance, coordination and functional strength.
    These exercises are:
    1. Swing, High pull, Snatch,
    2. Clean, Squat, Push press.
    3. Turkish Get Up & Windmill.
    4. Hot Potato.
    5. Circular Cleans.
    6. Figure of eight.
    7. Split Squat Snatch.
    8. Speed skater.
