@@Adnan-jn2nk not really he's a professional and does it in professional tracks the only room for error is spinning off into the grass, however if you're talking about drifting in the city then yeah it's a huge risk. But doing it in a place where you're meant to drift, is a little better.

Well, the plate of the car says "KA-ES 906". That means that the car is registered in Karlsruhe, Germany, a city near the French border. And that makes a lot of sense because here in Karlsruhe we have a Michelin factory.

That is something I realised when I first started driving. When in the driver's seat, things can get chaotic and we will hardly feel a thing. Everyone else in the car however, gets thrown around as if they are in a different car altogether

Robert Driesen Michelin’s test driver, Jerome, wants to feel as connected to the car as possible, which isn’t possible with the normal BMW seats (one of the trivia on this episode can explajn this Bette Ethan I can)

I think Michelin spent a lot of money to promote their product by many way, included THIS. We have several automotive review media in Indonesia (especially on RUclips), they've been endorsed by this tyre company. All of them ABSOLUTELY.

Did anyone else notice that Hammond was able to drift on a "roundabout" that you see in England but failed on opposing direction?
That's one of the reason why I have replaced my Bridgestone Potenza RE002 with Pilot Sport 3 which is availiable for my car!

There is nothing like teaching yourself by yourself.
Doing this, which is power sliding not drifting in the wet with that car would take no more than 10mins to understand and complete a lap. Actual drifting in the dry with an underpowered car is a totally different story.
I was thinking the same thing about the video. On a dry road you need more skill and the BMW was powerful on a wet track so he was sliding more than using skill to technically 'drift'. (assuming the track was only wet to not leave tire marks, preserve the tires, and/or test tires on a wet road it was in the favor of the drifters. The moment they switched to a normal road it would be a different story)

Because in a clean lap you have to control and minimize the powerslide and oversteer. Drift is a different balance with the same instrument, infact Hammond (and Smith of 5th gear) learn how to drift in a very small ammount of time, compared to a normal driver.
You do not remember when the D1 drift team spent the day on the track 'teaching' Hammond how to drift back in the top gear days??!!...he knows full well how to drift, and has reached his limits, I don't know why they do it, but it's all for the camera
