I bought a Warn Zeon 12S for my JL Rubicon about 2 years ago. So far, so good and not a single issue. And from this past December of 2022 through February 2023 I have pulled at least 50 people or more out of really deep snow banks and ditches due to severe weather where I live. In December, I probably did almost 30 of them over a 24 hour period due to a really bad blizzard that hit our State and shut down almost everything throughout the State for 3 or 4 days and everything road, freeway and county road in our local area for several days straight. Vehicles were literally stranded in the middle of the roads all over town thus why my winch was being constantly used for almost 2 days straight. And many of those vehicle had to of been maxing out the winches capabilities but it never once gave me a single issue at all. I simply cannot see myself ever using anything but Warn winches in the future. They have always treated my family well and we have no need to use anything else!
Good explanation of the line-up. I have always owned Warn winches, HOWEVER there is now a lot of competition coming from the likes of RUNVA who are making very good gear at prices which are hard to ignore. You guys need to look at your cost structures.
All WARN truck winches with the exception of the VR EVO, have a final point of assembly of Clackamas, Oregon. The VR EVO has a final point of assembly of China. All the other winches are made with premium parts from the USA and other parts of the world. I hope that answers your question.
need better holder for wirless remote for warn winch not windsheild suckcon as never stay on winsheild in differnet temps make one to attach on jeep with lighted warn badge holder !!!
Our spring brakes are heavily tested and will hold the full-rated load. Prefer a different style? All our other winches outside of VR EVO use a cone brake.
customer service, what a good joke, bought a VR12000, gave up a month later, called customer service and I was told that the relays is more likely your issue they cost this much you want to order then? 2 time to use the winch, is just a big paperweight
Our limited lifetime mechanical warranty and seven-year electrical warranty is one of the longest if not the longest in the biz. We're sorry that's not satisfactory to you.
@@warnindustries Every one knows your warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Your winches are nothing like your legendary winches of the past, unfortunately.
@@warnindustries start making quality winches in the US again and back your product with a genuine warranty that covers water submersion and I'd buy one in a heartbeat even if it is 4 times the cost of the other crap available.👍
@@stuartdando8512 The only WARN truck winch line we offer that does not have an American final point of assembly is our VR EVO series which is made in China. All our other truck winches have a final point of assembly of Clackamas, Oregon and are made from parts from all over the world including the USA (much like many of the vehicles they go on). We employ 400 American workers and have 180,000 sq/ft of manufacturing in Oregon. We're sorry if you had a bad experience with our products, but we hope we can win your business back again someday.

Good explanation. Went with the Zeon 10S for My Jeep Gladiator.
Great content and products as always guys!
I put the VR EVO 10S on my JLU Rubicon and it’s worth the money to have a backup for off-roading. Looks good too -
I just got a Warn Winch, I was so excited until I saw it wasn't made in the USA. I am taking it back to the shop tomorrow and taking it off!!!
All of our winches except the WARN VR EVO are leaving our Clackamas, OR plant as the final point of assembly.
You should have “Project Farm” perform a Test and Review market comparison against your competitors like Harbor Freight…….👨🏻🎓
Are the brakes in the drum or outside the drum?
How many price is this winch I am from Nepal
You’ll have to check with local distributors in your area. Send us an email to cs@warn.com and we can find the closest dealer to you! Thanks!
Where can I get a Front Bumper for my 2014 Silverado that will fit your Winches?

If WARN is good in his products, may be a reason to inspire others brands to make much more reliable products.
Which of these winches are still “made in the USA” read warn has most of their products imported?

Exelente 😊

All these people complaining about price points and that the one product they make that is affordable isn’t made in the USA. Pick a lane

Warranty is a Issue, do the research.
