Wifey bought me a new Ford F-150 off the showroom floor in 1988. Shortly afterwards I added a Warn winch mount bumper and brushguard on which I mounted a Warn 8,000 pound winch. It has never failed me and still in the driveway 32 years later. Wifey recently bought me a new F-350 diesel crewcab Lariat Ultimate. This truck will get a Warn 16.5ti winch. I expect it will outlast me.
I just installed the Warn Zeon 10S on my 2020 Jeep JL Rubicon with the synthetic rope... I couldn’t be happier. Warn is by far the leader on winches... add on the wireless remote and BAM! Nothing beats it...
Which one i should get that will fit good in my road armor stealth front bumper titan II guard my trucl is 3500 dually!!!the road armor website say the VR series but i want the heavy duty i just don’t know if its gonna fit or not any ideas or suggestions?
I want a heavyweight, but but i want it in a zeon platinum package. Seems like a step down, even though it should be the most bad ass winch in the catalog.
I do not want a wireless remote on my new 16.5ti. It is not a video game. Out in a remote area is not the place to learn that the remote did not match up properly. I want real wires to make connection.
Watching most of those trucks getting stuck makes me think that their money would have been better spent on some locking diffs, then they might not have needed the winch in the first place
Good point, however if trucks were not stuck how would they show off the winches? My new truck has a locking rear axle. Even so it will get a Warn 16.5ti winch.
Just bought a vr evo 10s if this winch can't function with a 6klbs vehicle i am going to drive to Oregon (12900 SE Capps Rd, Clackamas, OR 97015) and throw it threw there front window.
Warn has been a standard name in winches for years. Why would you show just pictures of big trucks and none in action? All the action videos are jeeps.
They did show too many little annoying pretend off roaders. Probably those little things get stuck more often. I was eager to see the real trucks like my F-350 turbo powerstroke diesel.
Because Jeeps are where 99.99 % of the action is, including the women. The other .01% are dudes in trucks with other dudes being stuck on broke back mountain.
Warn winches are weak, and cannot sustain there maximum load for the quoted pull time. Used in commercial applications, they're a piss weak piece of shit.

can they run for minutes or they can be used for 45 seconds and wait 3 minutes ?

Will the warn 9.5cti-s winch fit my 2016 Nissan Frontier 4x4?
Which line is better strong and secure the steel or the synthetic fiber?
Steel is better because the synthetic can be fragile and damaged easily.
I would go steel Cable in my opinion
Do you have a winch like the superwinch x2 1201
We have a complete lineup of truck, powersports, utility, and industrial winches over at warn.com.
Are these available in 24volt? thanks Dave and Debbie
Not in North America.
i wish the 16.5 had that nice wireless remote
From the lineup they went backwards with the heavy weight

Even more proof, they fail in controlled tests.
