Okay so I watched the video on this sleeve over job when I saw the top aluminum plate being fitted into that place where it fit perfectly in I stopped watch because I knew what was going happen nothing wrong with the sleeves it was just installed wrong if you had put spacer in between that plate it wouldn't have broken if it was stainless or mild steel you would have bent that also and what you said about the drilling story incorrectly done you weakened the aluminum but great video
I wish I can have the confidence this man has to put his legs under the vehicle while working on the suspension. I'm always worried it will fall. Murphy's law is always in the back of my mind.
Awe, i enjoy your videos. I would like to see your sound set up and what's the best combo to have quality sound. I recently got a citi rox. I have sound but looking at improving it. So please and thank you.
Hi going threw your videos I have the same car and I could slam mine as the person that installed mine did it differently if you would like to know how let me know I will send you a pic of the shocks...I had 1 to tucked as well
this is unfair to not recommended, you installed it incorrectly. These coil are still way better than cutting which is a huge problem in cape town. Stop cutting and install these stuff correctly or get real equipment to lower your car.
Let me guess, you have sleeve overs in your ride. Just to clarify, how did I install this sleeves wrongly and how don't I have the proper equipment to do such a installation?
@@LateLateCustoms No I actually don't have, but over-tightening them to the point where they would start to crack is improper installation, even just drilling the hole sketchy can cause a crack. What I meant by equipment was use proper coil overs or these sleeves rather than cutting. You are killing the car mod scene in cape town with the law killing all modded cars even if it's done properly just because of people doing it stupidly(cutting coils).
@@LateLateCustoms By the way you are suppose to use the washer that has tapered indent on the one side there where the cup broke, it will relieve the pressure evenly and over a larger area. If you don't believe me go buy the coilover sleeves again and install it properly, don't over-tighten it and use the washer, then make a follow up video talking about the ride quality and overall opinion. Please don't try and slam it, make a function ride height.
@@henningkock4436 Just so you know. Did you see me do that side in the video or was it the customers dad who installed that side and tightened it up. Just clarifying that to you. Although most of what you just said doesn't make send at all because it all comes down to ride quality. I do proper installations and i understand that you "judging" my work experience. Just do your research on the tips I give on this channel regarding suspensions and you will understand why I stick to what I know. Btw so you tell me you totally against cutting springs even though in Arron of Gaskey Monkey them made use of if who knows the best of the best. Know your facts boet. But thanks for the advice what so ever. I'll make use of it in future videos👍
@@LateLateCustoms My bru you live in Cape Town, South Africa not Dallas, Texas, USA. Get your facts straight. Stop cutting spring and the modification community in cape can expand. If there's only one single thing you can take away from this even thought the main problem is the installation and improper testing, please stop cutting your coils. It's stupid.

I suggest make sleeve out of steel not aluminum and widen the collar to have more bites on thread.
