Nope no screws, that's the idea. Just pop em in and out. I've had them for 6 months now and trust me, they aren't going anywhere. Even if they do fall out, the guy at the surf shop says FCS will replace them if you inform them about it. If anything the bigger problem is getting the fins to come out haha, happy surfing! +Joshua Eck
