It was to expensive when I had a clear Spigen case that was way better .. the spigen case is now 3 months old and looks perfect as the day I pulled it from the box. So $20 vs? Yeah.

The magnets are also extremely weak. I threw mine out and the free replacement they’ll send me one day will also go in the garbage. They should stick. To skins.
I actually love this case. The aesthetic and how slim it is. The scratches don’t bother me because it was never advertised as scratch resistant, believe me I looked when I was ordering. Though im glad dbrand is going out of their way to send improved replacement cases next year to everyone who ordered this so good on them. Right now I use this more than my rebel frosted case mainly because the rebel is just a little too bulky compared to this. I also rarely ever drop my phones so protection isn’t a selling point for me.
Surprisingly I’ve had the case for nearly a month and honestly it hasn’t been scratched up at all. I did get a little scuff in the bottom left when inserting the phone and it’s on the inside of the case, but aside from that the case is basically flawless and I expect it to only wear similar to any other plastic case. Not sure if it’s me just being gentle with my phone compared to others or maybe I got lucky. There have been people saying that the flex of the charging port and buttons is too loose but it is far better than the cheap cases that I’m coming from and is definitely not anything to even worry about.
I just bought mine yesterday and its being shipped as i write this. They said they're sending me one right now and an updated free version by April. Wow😊

You've got scratches on the case because you dug at it. Avoid digging the phone case with a shovel or finger nails and there wouldn't be any scratches 🤪
I got mine, it did not fit well. It creaked and had a lot of movement and felt loose on the sides and corners. Dbrand said that wasn’t normal and sent me another for free…that one did the exact same thing but worse. I’m just gonna wait for the new redesigned one coming next year. That was a deal breaker for me, it was very annoying.
I’m really interested to see what you think of the oh snap 4 luxe. It’s the first oh snap product I think has come close to perfect. It has its flaws and will slow wireless charging but man it might be the first one I have been able to recommend for someone.

It doesn't matter what each manufacturer says. Believe me, all clear cases will turn yellow and dust and other particles will slip between the case and your phone and you will get scratches on your phone. 🤷🏻

Had this case for a lil bit..and yeah it’s not the greatest but upgrading from an insignia clear case….it’s definitely better. At the end of the day, all the cases on the market are protection yes but definite preference as well if not more so…I don’t think there’s one company that makes a case that does everything everybody needs 🤷🏾♂️ choose accordingly good night!!
I own the Rhinoshield clear glass case that also claims to never yellow. I’m guessing it’s made of the same material probably not very good at fall protection at taller heights. I like the look better on rhino just cause it’s clear all throughout except the camera protection, but it’s pretty hard to remove the phone. Also the rhinoshield claims the magnets of theirs are stronger if I remember correctly.
Friendly update they today announced a delay for the replacement case. They said they will give everyone a new one in april 2024, after its horrible release in october of 2023. Now they are saying another 3-4 months. This is absurd
Doubt you read all these comments but I’ll give it a shot. Best case for mobile gaming? I had a mous on my iPhone 11PM but it got hot and with iPhone 15 known for getting hot especially while charging wondering if mous is still great for mobile gaming. Can also throw a MagSafe cooler on it I guess
It never yellows, but it indeed scratches like no tomorrow. It took me 2 weeks to scratch it terribly, there are even dents and scuffs and I didn’t even drop it! The black MagSafe ring is scuffed at multiple sides. I love the grip of the case, but threw it in the drawer because it looks terrible. I bought it for 30 year. I feel sorry for the guy who paid 50 USD and then sold it to me.
The magnets on this case are terrible. It’s all false advertisements. I returned mine I would suggest buying Spigen or something like that. Dbrand is all marketing their case is shit. Scratches super easily compared to others and is extremely overpriced.

All of the problems stated in this video are true and I was baited into buying the case with the promise that DBrand were making a new and better case that would be sent to everyone that purchased this faulty case by April. 4 days out from April and DBrand sends out a email to everyone who purchased this case saying that the new replacement is now further delayed til the summer!
The selling point for this case is actually stupid. People tend to switch cases overtime. So the “yellowing” part can never be really tested short term. I got one of these and felt like an idiot after it scratched the hell out after just a few days of use. it’s stupid expensive too. Dbrand says they’ll send me a replacement, but the new iphone’s about to come out but the replacement isn’t even here yet… I will never get anything from dbrand again after what happened.

I really wanted to like this case because ive been using the Grip for multiple phones now and it has always had excellent build quality. But this just didnt do it for me. Glad i also ordered a Grip when i bought this case.

I bought my mom the Mous Clarity Iridescent case and was disappointed to see how dirty it got from fingerprints when I visited her a few months later. I think the clear case would have done a better job at hiding it
Polycarbonate doesn't yellow, TPU does, and most clear cases are only TPU on the sides...which leads into how it's also funny that they call it a clear case when the sides aren't clear, so of course it won't yellow. Clever marketing, excess packaging, and overrated / overpriced products imo.
Case looks cool, but not enough protection and QC for $50… Haven’t used Mous Clarity for 15 Pro yet, but previous Clarity’s were 👍 Despite the serious blunder of taking a dBrand design, would also choose Casetify over dBrand… (remember it was only one print pattern; Casetify has thousands of prints; not cool what happened, but also don’t blow it out of proportion… the actual phone protection part is still top notch with Casetify, and there are thousands of other non-stolen patterns)
My Spigen Hybrid yellowed after about 3 weeks. The Ghost case does scratch fairly easy but it has 8 ft fall protection vs 4 ft and is grippier and the buttons have a more tactile feel. Also, DBrand will replace it for free early next year.
I have a Mous Clarity . It’s absolute garbage. Scratches after a few days on the INSIDE of the case , just from taking the phone in and out of it. Unacceptable. At least I didn’t pay full price for it. If you want to see the back of your phone don’t get a clear case . They either scratch easy, go yellow or both. Just get a a RhinoShield Bumper or Mod NX case instead.
Dbrand knows about the easiness of scratching of the case. Got a e-mail about that they will ship a newer case when they improve it - for free :o)
Yup! I was on their website about a week ago. It says they’ll ship me this version AND the new one for free next year.
Yeah i got it too, but the other point i didnt like the case, the magnet strenght of magsafe is not good. Hopefully they improve that too
If you buy one now they’ll ship you the current version and the newer one when it comes out. Pretty great customer service IMO.

I got the mous clear case on Black Friday. Back is a little slippery but overall I like it
In the same style of case, I have and really like the (expensive !) Otterbox lumen sold by Apple.

Mine got replaced twice and I ended up returning it after having the same issue.
A lot of reports with the cases they received it had scratches.

Knowing dbrand, issues with the quality and protection aren't much of a surprise imo.
