Dad's on a hunting trip and I lost my shoe. So! Ive done the stir fry, the creamy pasta, the tacos, and the popcorn shrimp. I think the tacos were my absolute favorite, they turned out amazing! However, I would advise using regular wheat tortillas, cause I used (i think) corn, and it didnt taste as good as the regular tortillas The popcorn shrimp was great for appetizers! The stir fry was ok, but it wasnt that memorable. And lastly, the pasta was fantastic! I hsed a little less cream, and used gluten free pasta, but it still turned out great!. :>
A vegetarian here... And I just want to point out and marvel at that beautiful phenomenon where those dull grey shrimps turned into a bright orange after cooking! Beautiful. 😍
Last year we were in Italy on vacation and I had the most scrumptious and heavenly Fettuccine with asparagus and juicy shrimps in a creamy velvety sauce in a small restaurant in Burano. Oh I wish I can travel there again and enjoy that divine pasta with my husband before I die .

instead of cake flour, use rice flour for the tempura. you'll get a lighter and crispier batter that won't feel heavy in your stomach.
