All these recipes look great but I still would like you guys to feature different fish rather than salmon and crustaceans, I would love to see what you can do with perch, cod, catfish, tuna, halibut, flounder, etc. I never see you guys use any other finned fish besides salmon in your recipes. Me I love flounder I like the delicate taste it has but I can never figure out what to make with it and I would love to see you guys make a few dishes with it.

As a born and raised new Englander I can tell you that if you gave clam chowdah with carrots in it to a local they would think you're crazy. Other than yet yeah recipe was pretty spot on.
